摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag and a method for using the bag, capable of deodorizing a rubber odor specific to natural rubber and packaging foodstuffs beautifully with reard to a bag for forming foodstuffs into a spherical shape and packaging them. SOLUTION: This bag is used for forming foodstuffs into a spherical shape and packaging them, and is made of a stretchable thin film of a deproteinized natural rubber. It is preferable that this bag is formed into the shape of a test tube and has a capacity of 0.5 to 4 cm3. On the other hand, a method for packaging foodstuffs is such that the bag made of the stretchable thin film of the deproteinized natural rubber is packed with foodstuffs to be swollen into a spherical shape and that, under such a state, the packed foodstuffs are solidified into one body with the bag. Furthermore, the method for packaging foodstuffs is such that the test tube-like bag made of the stretchable thin film of the deproteinized natural rubber is packed with an amount of foodstuffs, with which the bag is turned into a spherical shape, or with a more amount than such an amount, and that, under such a state, the packed foodstuffs are solidified into one body with the bag.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an instant scramble egg capable of providing a scramble egg good in flavor and taste and being readily cooked by heating. SOLUTION: This instant scramble egg is produced by housing a cloudy liquid obtained by mixing the whole egg and an oil and fat in a packing bag made of a thin film of an elastic rubber and sealing 4 the housed materials. The instant scramble egg is preferably frozen. The instant scramble egg can be produced by inserting the whole broken egg and the oil and fat in the packing bag made of the thin film of the elastic rubber from an opening 3 thereof, further sealing the opening 3, thereafter mixing the whole egg and the oil and fat by adding a mechanical stress from the exterior of the packing bag to form the cloudy liquid and, if necessary, freezing the mixed materials. The instant scramble egg is readily cooked by heating by a microwave oven, etc.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm and judge the finishing point of cooking at the time of heat-cooking by an microwave oven by constituting at least a part of a vessel of an extensible rubber thin film. SOLUTION: At least a part of a vessel is constituted of an extensible rubber thin film. The rising of the inner pressure of the vessel at the time of heating by the microwave oven is confirmed by this extensible rubber thin film. Consequently the extensible rubber thin film is expanded by the rising of the inner pressure of the vessel and is fixed to the vessel so as to visually confirm its expansion. The whole vessel can be prepared of the thin film or a part of the vessel can be prepared of the thin film. At the time of preparing the whole vessel of the thin film, a bag in an optional shape such as spherical, cylindrical, ellipse, eggplant-shaped and drop-like ones are desirable. Food for cooking is put in these bags 1 and its opening part 3 is closely sealed by tying or adhering so as to enclose cooked food in the vessel.
