    • PURPOSE: To attain a clean combustion in which a less amount of production of nitrogen oxide and CO gas in produced. CONSTITUTION: A burner device 4 for a hot water feeding device is formed such that a lean burner for injecting pre-mixed gas of a low concentration and a rich burner for injecting pre-mixed gas of a high concentration are arranged while being adjacent to each other. A gas discharging side of a main body 2 of a combustion equipment is provided with a CO sensor 13 and a hydrocarbon(CHn) sensor 23 so as to detect a CO gas concentration and CHn concentration in the discharged gas. When the CO gas concentration becomes not less than a present CO concentration, a rotation of a combustion fan 5 is decreased after the CHn concentration reaches the pre-set reference CHn, and in turn when the CHn concentration does not reach the pre-set reference CHn, the rotation of the combustion fan 5 is increased. An amount of air supplied from the combustion fan 5 to the burner device 4 is controlled under this controlling operation so as to prevent a CO concentration in the discharged gas from exceeding a reference CO concentration.

SOLUTION: The hot air heater comprises a detecting element 14 for outputting voltage corresponding to the temperature of flames 12 from a gas burner 10 at a predetermined position, to the flames 12 whose temperature is lower as the concentration of oxygen in air supplied to the gas burner 10 for burning fuel is lower. Furthermore, it has a control part 24 for outputting a command which issues a first warning for promoting the ventilation of the room when voltage output from the flame temperature detecting element 14 is lower than a first threshold value and for outputting a command which stops the first warning when the output voltage is not lower than the threshold value after the first warning, and an output part 22 for issuing the first warning in accordance with the command and then stopping the first warning.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve service water without needing a labor, for example, during limitation of a water feed time, by providing a water filling mode wherein water is fed without being heated. SOLUTION: Assignment of a water filling mode and indication of operation starting are effected from a service station 2 and a CPU 11 of a gas hot water feeder 1 is operated based on the assignment and the indication. A feed water solenoid valve 13 is first opened and it is decided whether or not an assigned mode is a water filling mode. When it is not the water filling mode, an ignition sequence to ignite a gas burner 12 is executed and when it is the water filling mode, the ignition sequence is not executed. Since the assigned mode is now the water filling mode, the gas burner 12 is not ignited and water fed through a heat-exchanger 14 is water not heated but left as it is, and the water is reserved in a bath tub. When the level of water reserved in the bath tube attains a target water level, the feed water solenoid valve 13 is closed and it is decided whether or not an assigned mode is a water filling mode. When it is not the water filling mode, a gas burner 12 is fire-extinguished.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve service water without needing a labor when a water feed time is limited and to perform sanitary management of reserved service water by providing a service water tank to receive and reserve service water through an auxiliary tank. SOLUTION: During pouring of service water in a service water tank 7, valves B and C are opened, valve A and D are closed, and ignition of the burners of heat-exchangers 4 and 5 is not carried out. Thereby, water in an auxiliary tank 6 flows in the service water tank 7 under gravity of water in the auxiliary tank 6. During operation to fill with hot water from the service water tank 7, the valves A and C are opened and the valves B and D are closed, and the burner of the heat-exchanger 5 for a bath is ignited. A pump P is driven, and through drive of the pump, water in the service water tank 7 flows in an auxiliary tank 6, and water in the auxiliary tank 6 flows in a piping 3 for a bath through a check valve E and the valve A. The water is pumped up by the pump P and heated by the heat-exchanger 5 for a bath, and poured in a bath tub through a piping H to fill a bath tub with hot water.
