      SOLUTION: A display control part 41 stores each program of teletext received by an FM teletext receiving part 40 in a memory 43, and it displays the character information of an indicated program in the display screen 32. A getting-in/getting-out detecting part 42 detects the getting-in and getting-out of a bathtub of each person of a family on the basis of water level change information of a detection signal of a bathtub water level by a water level sensor 20. An individual preferred program data creating and storing part 44 creates data per each person wherein a water level rising amount during the bathing of each person is associated with a teletext program last watched by the person in the bathtub as preference data and stores them in a nonvolatile memory 46. A preferred program preferential display selecting part 45 collates a detected value of a water level rising amount of a bather with the program preference data to specify the bather, a program used by the person the last time is obtained from the program preference data, the display of the program in the display screen 32 is commanded to the display control part 41, and the program is displayed in the display screen 32.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water type floor heating device capable of effecting exercising a latent heat recovery function of a latent heat recovery type heat source unit by changing a temperature of hot water circulated in a floor heating terminal over to a low temperature.
      SOLUTION: A floor heating controller adjusts a heat dissipation amount of the floor heating terminal by controlling a water passing time (a water passing duty ratio) of hot water within a predetermined period (twenty minutes) on the basis of a deviation between room temperature and a set temperature. The floor heating controller demands supply of low temperature water (40-45°C) to the heat source unit when the room temperature becomes a predetermined value higher than the set temperature in a normal operation state of supplying hot water of a reference temperature (60°C) to the floor heating terminal from the latent heat recovery type heat source unit. The floor heating controller demands hot water supply of the reference temperature to the heat source unit when dropping of the room temperature reaches a predetermined value in a low temperature water operation state of supplying the low temperature water to the floor heating terminal from the heat source unit, and returns to the normal operation state.

SOLUTION: This gas equipment has a control means performing a combustion control and detecting generation of the error during the combustion control. The control means 2 has a first error code corresponding to a first error and a second error code corresponding to a second error. When detecting generation of the first error, the combustion control is reset after stopping the operation. When detecting generation of the second error, the operation is stopped and an operation stopping state is maintained. Errors are classified into the first error with permitting a software reset and the second error without permitting the software reset. When the first error is incidentally generated, the restarting of the operation is permitted once by the software reset. When the second error having a safety problem is generated, the operation stopping is continued in the same way as a conventional way to maintain a maintenance level. After resetting the software, the operation may be automatically restarted without an operation from the user.
