    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to effect heating even during cooling operation and dehumidification while the temperature of the room is kept comfortable by connecting to hot-water supply circulation piping an auxiliary heat exchanger incorporated in a room unit in a setup to operate it by utilizing the supply of hot water and control its operation which can either be independent or in conjunction with a cooling/heating heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Chilled or hot water produced by a chilled/hot water-producing device 1 is circulated by air-conditioning circulating pipings 2, 2a and, through branch pipings 5, 5a, circulated in a cooling/ heating heat exchanger 4 in a room unit 3 in each dwelling unit to effect air conditioning; on the other hand, hot water in a hot-water supply unit 6 is used for the supply through a hot-water supply branch piping 9 from a hot-water supply circulation piping 7 and through a hot-water cock 8. An auxiliary heat exchanger 10 is incorporated in the room unit 3 and connected to the hot-water supply circulation pipings 7, 7a by auxiliary branch pipings 11, 11a in a setup to utilize the heat of hot water supplied and enable a controller 12 to operate the auxiliary heat exchanger 10 independently or in conjunction with a cooling/heating heat exchanger 4 in the room unit 3.

    • PURPOSE:To improve an unfavorable rising at the time of simultaneous operation for all rooms or plural rooms by a method wherein a priority for operation for each room or per block is previously determined, and a control circuit, which controls a damper based on the priority, is provided. CONSTITUTION:When an all room operation switch 21 is turned on, an automatic control damper 26 which is attached at a branching port 25 of a branching chamber 24 reaching a room with first priority, is controlled to be fully open, and at the same time, an indoor unit is controlled to be under a high load operation. When the room with first priority reaches a set temperature, and a signal is input from a thermostat, a control circuit 22 controls a damper for a room with second priority to be fully open, and controls the damper for the room with first priority to be slightly open. Rooms with third priority and rest are controlled in the same manner. By this method, the rising for a large room with a large load such as living room can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To solve the problem that the heat from solar radiation, etc., during the day remains indoors and keeps unabated even in the nighttime by a method wherein the outside air temperature and room temperature are monitored and, when the difference in temperature therebetween exceeds a certain range, the ventilation is effected by automatic selection of the ventilation mode. CONSTITUTION:The temperatures inputted from an outside air-temperature detective sensor 14 and from room-temperature detective sensors 15 are monitored, the former sensor 14 being provided inside a ventilating duct 1 and the latter sensors 15, inside rooms. When the difference in temperature therebetween exceeds a certain range, a ventilating fan in a ventilating unit 2 is actuated to effect automatic ventilation of the rooms by drawing in outside air through outside-air duct 1 ventilating unit 2 indoor apparatus 4 branch chamber 8 branch ducts 11 outlets 12. As a result, it does not occur that the heat inside the room remains into midnight and keeps almost unabated and that the air conditioning requires a large consumption of heat energy at the start because of a large load. Therefore, this method is especially effective in a house built so airtightly and so heat-resistantly that heat is easily trapped indoors.
