An auxiliary heat exchanger 10 is incorporated in the room unit 3 and connected to the hot-water supply circulation pipings 7, 7a by auxiliary branch pipings 11, 11a in a setup to utilize the heat of hot water supplied and enable a controller 12 to operate the auxiliary heat exchanger 10 independently or in conjunction with a cooling/heating heat exchanger 4 in the room unit 3.

Either cold air or hot air blown from a blowing duct 30 or ventilation air enters from the horizontal part 22 within the blowing chamber 20 into the vertical part 21, the air is blown from the blowing port 23 into the room so as to perform the indoor air conditioning and the ventilation.

In this case, hot-air is sent into a room through an outlet port 11 by the fan 10 of an indoor machine 8 through the inside of the main body 1 of the duct and refrigerant is sent into the heat exchanger 9 of the indoor machine 8 through the inside of the refrigerant pipes 2 to produce cold air by the fan 10 and send it into the room through an outlet port 11. The diameter of the main body 1 of the duct can be reduced without any trouble in such a manner.
