    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire clamp that easily fixes an electric wire to be wired to a base material of a vehicle panel or the like. SOLUTION: The electric wire clamp is constituted of: an electric wire fixing part 10 composed of a cylindrical body 11 which permits the winding of the coated electric wire 200 to be wired to the vehicle panel 100, and a cap 12 for preventing the coming-off of the coated electric wire 200 which is wound around the cylindrical body 11; and an anchor 20 which is attached to the vehicle panel 100 to position and fix the electric wire fixing part 10 to the vehicle panel 100. A collar-shaped flange 11a is arranged at the end of the cylindrical body 11, and a rim 12b which surrounds a winding portion 200a of the coated electric wire 200 wound around the cylindrical body 11 is arranged at the cap 12.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay device capable of increasing the degree of freedom in arrangement, capable of being easily assembled, and capable of increasing the length of a withdrawable wiring body by reducing the number of component parts and size and weight. SOLUTION: The spool case 12 of this relay device 10 comprises a generally cylindrical case body 16 storing the wiring body 14 in a wound state and a cover 18 covering an opening in the upper surface thereof. A spool shaft 24 is installed in the case body 16 at the generally center part vertically from the bottom face thereof. Two partition plates 26 and 28 extending to the inner wall surface of the case body 16 and dividing the spool case 12 in the axial direction of the spool shaft 24 are installed on the outer side of the spool shaft 24. The partition plates 26 and 28 comprise tilted parts 74 tilted to the lower end side of the spool shaft 24 at the center guide tube 64 side inner portion, and a flat part 76 vertical to the axial direction of the spool shaft 24 at the peripheral wall 38 side outer portion.
