    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a harmful effect caused by a cutting waste, by providing not only a cutting means but also a collecting means of the cutting waste. CONSTITUTION:A coating removed part 45 is made by only a suitable length of the tip of an optical fiber 44, it is inserted into a through-hole of a holding member 10, and the tip part of the coating removed part 45 is ruptured by a cutting machine 25. Even after the coating removed part 45 has been ruptured, an operating lever 38 moving in the direction A7 together with the holding member 10 by winding a wire 29 turns a press lever 34 in the direction A9, a press pump 32 is contracted in the direction A11 through a spring 35, and an engaged state of an engaged part 37 of the operating lever 38 and the press lever 34 is released. In this case, the press pump 32 being ion a contracted state is restored instantaneously in the direction A12 and operates a suction action, and this suction force reaches the through-hole of the holding member 10, and the through-hole and the inside of a cutting waste container 40 become a negative pressure, therefore, a cutting waste of the coating removed part 45 being in the through-hole is sucked into the cutting waste container 40 and collected.

    • PURPOSE:To improve anchor force and waterproof property by separately potting a silicone resin for waterproof and an epoxy resin for an anchor. CONSTITUTION:Two potting cells 5 and 7 are provided at the inside and the outside of a wiring-rod penetrating part 4 of a cabinet 1. In the inside of the inner potting cell 5, a silicon resin 6 for waterproof is potted and hardened, and the inside and the outside of the cabinet are sealed. The viscosity of the silicone resin 6 before hardening is less than 100,000cPs. The resin becomes a rubber elastic body after hardening. In the inside of the outer potting cell 7, an epoxy resin 8 for an anchor is potted and hardened, and wire rods 3 are anchored. The viscosity of the epoxy resin 8 is less than 100,000cPs, and tensile strength after the hardening becomes 280-910kg/cm . In this constitution, the epoxy resin absorbs external force, moisture which has passed through the epoxy resin can be shielded with the silicon resin 6, the anchor force for the wire rods and the waterproof property are improved and the structure can be simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric resonator capable of adjusting a resonance frequency in a state in which transit loss can be stabilized. CONSTITUTION:An insertion tube 18 provided with a hole part 20 communicated with a frequency adjusting element housing hole 2 is provided, and a rotary member 9 is fixed on the upper part side of the insertion tube 18 coaxially and rotatably freely, and a movable screw 10 is screwed in the center part of the rotary member 9, and a supporting bar 19 and a frequency adjusting element 7 are provided by connecting to the movable screw 10, and the frequency adjusting element 7 is housed in the frequency adjusting element housing hole 2 enclosed with a dielectric resoanance element 4. An elongated hole 16 for guide in the axial length direction of the insertion tube 18 is provided in the movable screw 10, and a lock pin 12 fixed on the insertion tube 18 is inserted into the elongated hole 16 for guide, and the movable screw 10 can be moved straight advancing/retreating by guiding by the lock pin 12 in a rotation detaining state within a range of the elongated hole 16 for guide, thereby, the insertion quantity of the frequency adjusting element 7 to the dielectric resonance element 4 can be adjusted.
