The pavement body layer 2 has a slit opening on a pavement surface 2a. In this embodiment, a joint 25 of the mutual pavement blocks 20 functions as the slit. A water supply tape 31 is a water supply means for supplying water to the pavement body layer 2, and is buried in the joint 25.
