SOLUTION: The wireless transmission apparatus connected to a plurality of subnetworks constituting an IP network including a server for managing IP addresses and connecting a mobile terminal to any one of the plurality of subnetworks is provided with: an address storage part for storing identification information indicating a mobile terminal to be a message transmission source and an IP address allocated from the server to the mobile terminal in the case of mutually transferring a message concerned with IP address allocation to be transferred between the mobile terminal and the server; a notification part for notifying other wireless transmission apparatus of the stored information; and a proxy response part for responding a message including the IP address already allocated to the mobile terminal to be the transmitting source of the received message as an allocated IP address instead of the server when the message transmitted from the mobile terminal and handovered from the other wireless transmission apparatus connected to a different subnetwork is received.
