    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data bus circuit capable of taking a countermeasure against electromagnetic interference without increasing a cost.
      SOLUTION: A data bus circuit 50 connects a transmission-side device 11 and a load-side device 13 which are driven by driving power sources of different voltages from each other. The data bus circuit is provided with a data bus 15 for electrically connecting the transmission-side device 11 and the load-side device 13 and a Thevenin terminating circuit 30 which is connected to the data bus 15 and adjusts a voltage at an intermediate point 19 connected to the data bus 15 so that this voltage is made approximately equal to the transmission-side driving voltage. The Thevenin terminating circuit 30 includes a first resistor 21 provided between the intermediate point 19 and a high voltage terminal 17 and a second resistor 23 provided between the intermediate point 19 and a low voltage terminal 18, and values of both resistors 21 and 23 are determined on the basis of a ratio of the transmission-side driving voltage to the load-side driving voltage.
