    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilization treatment method for incineration ash waste in a waste landfill disposal site by which the waste is stabilized in an early stage and equipment costs and management costs for leachate treatment can be reduced.
      SOLUTION: The stabilization treatment method for the incineration ash waste is provided for removing hazardous substance, or the like, in the waste by eluting them into leachate caused by rainfall or watering to the incineration ash waste, wherein the method includes, as the treatment steps, a ripening step of ripening the incineration ash waste discharged from incineration ash waste generating facilities in the state of being stacked for two weeks or longer, a landfill step of performing the landfill disposal of the ripened incineration ash waste, and a stabilization step of stabilizing the incineration ash waste subjected to the landfill disposal, and the incineration ash waste is treated in the steps.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a leachate treatment which permits the advanced reutilization of the substances produced in a landfill disposal of incineration ash.
      SOLUTION: The system has a power generation facility 40 which has a power generator 41 acting as a source for supply of electricity 53, carbon dioxide 51 and heat 52, and is configured as a co-generation system, a landfill disposal facility 20 which has a disposal site for the incineration ash, a leachate treatment facility 30 which has a process step 31 of removing calcium of the leachate, and an incineration facility 10. The electricity 53 from the facility 40 is used as the electric power of the landfill disposal facility 20 and the facility 30. In addition, the carbon dioxide 51 from the facility 40 is used for removing the calcium in the leachate in the process step 31 of the facility 30. The heat 52 from the facility 40 is used as a heat source for drying and solidifying the water after removal of the unnecessary materials from the leachate after the end of the process step of removing the calcium.
