SOLUTION: An inversion portion 7 arranged between a counterclockwise spiral portion 3 and a clockwise spiral portion 5 is formed of: a L-R inversion portion 7-a lying in the same direction on the same line which continues from the counterclockwise spiral portion 3 to the clockwise spiral portion 5: and a R-L inversion portion 7-b lying in the same direction on the same line which continues from the clockwise spiral portion 5 to the counterclockwise spiral portion 3 facing a different direction from the L-R inversion portion 7-a. Each of the L-R inversion 7-a and the R-L inversion 7-b is provided with an inversion portion extension stopper 11 which largely protrudes from the same circumference created by the counterclockwise spiral portion 3 and clockwise spiral portion 5, in the side surface viewed from an axial line X.
