The method satisfies the condition of 1/2≤P1/P2≤1, wherein P1 represents a conveying force applied when the conductive film precursor is introduced into the smoothing treatment process, and P2 represents a conveying force applied when the smoothing-treated conductive film is discharged from the smoothing treatment process.
