The stirring mechanism 20 includes a stirring shaft 22 to which the stirring blade 21 is secured, and a motor 23 disposed away from the stirring shaft in a direction perpendicular to the stirring shaft. A hydraulic actuator 71 of the lift mechanism 70 is provided in the position G of the center of gravity of the stirring mechanism 20 within a plane perpendicular to the stirring shaft 22.
