    • PURPOSE: To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive paper having excellent adaptability to electrostatic duplication, magnetic duplication, etc., by adjusting the ratio of elongation or shrinkage factor of the cover paper to the release paper of said adhesive paper to a value within the specified range.
      CONSTITUTION: A pressure-sensitive paper in which the ratio of elongation and/ or shrinkage factor of the cover paper to the release paper is 0.7W1.0:1.0. By making the degree of shrinkage of the release paper 30% at maximum larger than that of the cover paper in the shrinkage balance between the cover paper and the release paper in this pressure-sensitive adhesive paper, curling after copying can be reduced. Further, by making the degree of shrinkage of paper per se 0.90% or below, pref. 0.80% or below in a crossiwise direction (in the direction perpendicular to the flow of paper making during manufacturing), an increase in curling due to changes in environment can be inhibited. Substrates used for the cover paper and the release paper of the pressure-sensitive adhesive paper can be chosen among those satisfying the condition of the degree of shrinkage of 0.90% or below, taking the shrinkage balance between the cover paper and the release paper into consideration.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain an adhesive paper free from any adhesive oozing-out and/or blocking when stored for a long period in a laminated state, also free of staining on copying, by laminating the releasing surface of releasing paper on the adhesive layer on fine paper with said layer consisting of an adhesive having specific cohesive force.
      CONSTITUTION: The objective adhesive paper can be obtained by laminating the releasing surface of releasing paper on the adhesive layer on fine paper. The adhesive layer consists of an adhesive whose cohesive force is such that, according to the JIS Z-0237 procedure, a slip is ≤1.0mm at 23°C after 24hr, and/or ≤0.5mm at 100°C after 1hr. Said adhesive is pref. an acrylic one of crosslinked type prepared by the copolymerization between a (meth)acrylic ester as the main component and another monomer having active hydrogen-contg. functional group followed by incorporating a crosslinking agent reactive with said functional group.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label form for laser printer which has superior travel stability by solving problems of peeling and jamming of a label in a machine, winding jamming around a heat fixing unit, etc.
      SOLUTION: The label form for laser printer comprises a label base, an adhesive layer, and a release paper, and the label base has on its surface a coating layer of ≥60% in glossiness which consists principally of a pigment and a binder. Then the CD bending rigidity of the label form is between 150 and 350 mN, the difference (A-B) between the CD bending rigidity A of the label base and the CD bending rigidity B of the release paper is between -40 and 20 mN, and a peeling force for peeling the label base off the release paper is between 15 and 70 N/cm.
