    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper base recovery method requiring no organic solvent to hold a work environment and avoiding the occurrence of a finely ground resin to recover a paper base material suitable for recycling. SOLUTION: Resin-coated paper formed by coating both sides of the paper base material with resin films is cleaved into two parts at the part of the paper base material or at the interface between one of the resin films and the paper base material and the cleaved resin material with the paper base material is immersed in a liquid to peel the paper material of the resin material with the paper base material to recover the same.     • PURPOSE:To restrict neck-in phenomenon and improve the quality as well as the production efficiency of a product by a method wherein the surface temperature of the end of a thermoplastic resin film, which contacts with a deckle for regulating the extruding width of the film, is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The rims of a resin film 2, extruded from an extruding die 1, are held by a deckle 3, fixed to the extruding die 1 through a deckle holder 4 and bolts 6 and provided with a built-in heater, and the resin film 2 is pressed and cooled between a cooling roll 7 and a nip roll 8, then, is molded through a separating roll 9 and is discharged. The surface temperature of the deckle 3 with the built-in heater 5 depends upon the temperature of delivered resin and the thickness of a thermoplastic resin film to be molded, however, in case the temperature of the resin is 300 deg. and the thickness of the thermoplastic resin film to be molded is 20mum, for example, the surface temperature of the deckle 3 is kept within the temperature of 300-400 deg., for example. When an air cooling hole is provided at the tip end of the dickel and the temperature of the tip end of the resin film only is reduced slightly, a flow resistance with respect to neck-in may be increased and, as a result, the amount of neck-in may be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To weaken the bonding strength between paper stock and resin covering layer and consequently facilitate the separation of the resin covering layer so as to facilitate the recovery and reuse of resin-covered paper by a method wherein the resin-covered paper is bought into contact with the steam of organic solvent under the condition that holes are bored in the resin covering layer so as to pass through the layer in order to reach the paper stock. CONSTITUTION:Resin-covered paper is used for waterproofing milk pack or the like by coveringly coating thermoplastic resin onto both the sides of paper stock. At the recovery and reuse of resin-covered paper, the separation between the paper stock and resin covering layer is necessary. In this case, firstly, the resin-covered paper 1.4 is fed between a vertically sliding type punching roll 10 so as to bore holes, which pass through the resin covering layer and reach the paper stock, in the resin covering layer. Next, by introducing the resin-covered paper 14 in an organic solvent tank 18, the steam 20 of organic solvent is brought into contact with the resin-covered paper 14 so as to weaken the bonding strength between the paper stock and the resin covering layer. In succession, by feeding the resin-covered paper 14 between a pair of separating blades 12 and 13 both the front and rear resin covering layers 17 and 15 are respectively separated from the paper stock 16.
