    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacture cost of an instant film.
      SOLUTION: Mask sheets 11 and 12 are bounded to the image forming surface 13a of a photosensitive sheet 13. A spacer 14, a developer pod 15 and a trap material 16 and bonded to the image receiving surface 13b of the sheet 13. A cover sheet 17 is bonded to the spacer 14. The sheet 11 is turned up to envelop the pod 15 and bonded to the sheet 17. The sheet 12 is turned up to envelop the trap material 16 and bonded to the sheet 17. The material of the mask sheet is decreased in comparison with the mask sheet where an image aperture is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the spreading efficiency of a developer and to reduce thickness.
      SOLUTION: Mask parts 45-48 are disposed at four corners of an opening 20a so as to cover four corners of an exposure surface 13d which become developer-deficient ranges where a developer is hard to spread. The mask parts 45-48 have shapes formed by rounding or beveling four corners of the opening 20a because these are easy to make at a time when an opening is punched out. By increasing the spreading efficiency of a developer, the amount of the developer encapsulated in a developer pod is reduced, accordingly the thickness of a developer pod section and trap section is made thinner.

      SOLUTION: A case body 15, stored to laminate a plurality of the instant films 3, is provided with an ejection opening 17 sending out the instant films 3 one by one, and a claw aperture 18 for inserting the claw members sending out the instant film 3 from the ejection opening 17. The inside of the ejection opening 17 attaches a popping up preventive flap 23 for preventing popping up of the instant film 3 due to impact, vibration or the like, by blocking the center part of the ejection opening 17. The claw aperture 18 is blocked with a shading sheet 26, comprising an easy-to-cut material provided with shading. When sending out the film, the shading sheet 26 is cut with the claw member.
