SOLUTION: A digital audio reproducing device 40 is provided with a receiving means 41, which receives modulated data, a demodulating means 42, which demodulates the data received by the means 41, an audio decoding means 45, which executes a decoding process in a frame unit for the digital audio information among the data demodulated in the means 42, and an acoustic feeling compensating means 46 which conducts acoustic feeling compensation for the faulty digital audio information contained in the frame that is not decoded when the means 45 is unable to decode the digital audio information.
