    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and sufficiently inject a resin material in a void by permitting a deviation in an axial direction size of a rotor core in a mold for injecting the resin material to the void between a magnet holding hole and a permanent magnet of the rotor core.
      SOLUTION: The mold 10 is provided with a hollow part 26 storing the rotor core 16 for individually receiving a plurality of permanent magnets in a plurality of magnet holding holes in prescribed positions, and an adjustable support mechanism 28 for fixedly supporting the rotor core 16 stored in the hollow part in accordance with a size deviation to an axial direction of the rotor core 16. The support mechanism is provided with a movable support member 40 which is movably arranged in the hollow part, and a position adjusting mechanism 42 displacing the movable support member to the axial direction with respect to the rotor core stored in the hollow part. The position adjusting mechanism comprises a spring member 42 adding elastic depression force to a direction following a centering supporting element 38 to the movable support member. The movable support member fixedly supports the rotor core in a prescribed position of the hollow part under an operation of the spring member.
