    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and sufficiently inject a resin material in a void by permitting a deviation in an axial direction size of a rotor core in a mold for injecting the resin material to the void between a magnet holding hole and a permanent magnet of the rotor core.
      SOLUTION: The mold 10 is provided with a hollow part 26 storing the rotor core 16 for individually receiving a plurality of permanent magnets in a plurality of magnet holding holes in prescribed positions, and an adjustable support mechanism 28 for fixedly supporting the rotor core 16 stored in the hollow part in accordance with a size deviation to an axial direction of the rotor core 16. The support mechanism is provided with a movable support member 40 which is movably arranged in the hollow part, and a position adjusting mechanism 42 displacing the movable support member to the axial direction with respect to the rotor core stored in the hollow part. The position adjusting mechanism comprises a spring member 42 adding elastic depression force to a direction following a centering supporting element 38 to the movable support member. The movable support member fixedly supports the rotor core in a prescribed position of the hollow part under an operation of the spring member.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the positional displacement of a permanent magnet to a magnet retention hole or its detachment during manufacturing, in a rotor of an electric motor in which the permanent magnets are held in a plurality of the magnet retention holes of a rotor core.
      SOLUTION: The rotor is provided with the rotor core 16 having a plurality of the magnet retention holes 14, a plurality of the permanent magnets 18 accommodated and held individually in a plurality of the magnet retention holes of the rotor core, and resin filling members 22 that are filled in cavities 20 formed between each of the magnet retention hole and the permanent magnet to fix the permanent magnets in the magnet retention holes. On the rotor core 16, locking protrusions 30 are provided that temporarily hold the permanent magnets at the predetermined positions of the corresponding magnet retention holes by closely contacting each permanent magnets accommodated, in a plurality of the magnet retention holes in a semi-finished state that no resin filling member is not arranged in the cavities. The locking protrusions 30 are formed so as to be adjacent to one end surface 16c in the axial direction of the rotor core, and to protrude locally inside each magnet retention hole.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and sufficiently inject resin materials into voids by surely suppressing the deformation of a rotor core, in a mold for injecting the resin materials into the voids between magnet holding holes of the rotor core and permanent magnets. SOLUTION: The mold 10 has a hollow part 26 for accommodating the rotor core 16 that receives a plurality of the permanent magnets in a plurality of the magnet holding holes at a prescribed position, and a deformation suppressing surface 28 that is formed at the hollow part, at least locally contacts with the outer periphery 16b of the rotor core while the melted resin materials are injected into the plurality of voids 24 of the rotor core, and suppresses the swelling deformation of the outer periphery. The deformation suppressing surface 28 is formed almost all over the outer periphery of the rotor core as a whole while the rotor core is attached to a centering supporting element 38, facing the surface so as to be in contact therewith. Accordingly, the melted resin materials can precisely be injected to the plurality of voids of the rotor core by prescribed high injection pressure while surely suppressing the deformation of, in particular, the outer periphery of the rotor core.
