CONSTITUTION:When a threshold level control signal is inputted to threshold detection circuit 4 from a threshold level decision circuit 9, its threshold level Ls (-Ls) is varied and controlled so as to be an optimum level for the peak value detected by a peak detection circuit 6. In case that dispersion arises in detected output waveform because of the variation of the amplitude or the frequency of a modulated transmission signal, and the level of the correlation signal Vo is lowered as a whole, the threshold level Ls (-Ls) is averaged on the basis of a peak detection signal S2 detected at that time, and it is varied and set into the threshold level to meet the level of the correlation signal Vo at that time. Accordingly, the data can correctly be demodualted, and reliability can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To correctly demodulate transmitted data without being influenced by time difference due to a clock signal by varying and setting detecting time for detecting the peak value of a main lobe appearing at a definite period by a correlation signal obtained by correlation between a DS signal and the same diffusion code as a transmitting side. CONSTITUTION:After every data d0 to dN-1 stored in a shift register 1 is multiplied successively by the same diffusion codes P0 to PN-1 as the transmitting side by a multiplier 2, it is summed successively by a first adder 3, and the correlation signal Vo equivalent to a base band signal is outputted from this first adder 3. At the time of the demodulation of the data, a window setting circuit 6 which can be varied and set by the count value of a counter 6a is provided, and the peak value of the correlation signal Vo exceeding a threshold level Ls (-Ls) is detected while a window is kept in an ON-state. Thus, even if the deviation of the timing arises between the clock signals of the transmitting side and a receiving side, the peak value of the main lobe in the correlation signal Vo can be detected as leaving a margin in the detecting time to some extent, and the data always can stably be demodulated, and reliability is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately demodulate a sent data by providing a means which controls variably a threshold level at the detection of a correlation signal in response to the peak level of the correlation signal obtained through the correlation between a DS signal and the dame spread code as that at a treansmission side. CONSTITUTION:When a DS signal subjected to spread processing of an information data by using a spread code is sent from the transmission side, a threshold level at the detection of a correlation signal is variably controlled in response to the peak level of the correlation signal obtained through the correlation between a DS signal and a same spread code as that at the transmission side. Thus, a threshold level deciding circuit 9 compares the level of a peak detection signal S2 from a peak detection circuit 6 with a threshold level Ls(-Ls) and outputs a threshold level control signal S4 to apply variable control to a threshold level in response to the level of the detected peak detection signal S2 to a threshold level detection circuit 4. Thus, the sent data is accurately demodulated and the reliability is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately demodulate a sent data by providing a means which sets variably a detection time to detect a peak value of a main lobe appearing at a prescribed period with a correlation signal obtained through the correlation between a DS signal and the same spread code as that at a transmission side. CONSTITUTION:The correlation device decodes a DS signal subjected to a spread processing with a PN code from an information data from a transmission side and is provided with a shift register 1, a multiplier 2, a 1st adder 3, a threshold level detection circuit 4, a peak detection circuit 5, a window setting circuit 6, a state discrimination circuit 7, a 1st switch circuit 8, a 2nd switch circuit 9, a switch changeover circuit 10, an output device 11, a 2nd adder 12 and a decoder 13. When the DS signal subjected to spread processing with the PN code from the information data is sent from the transmission side and received and detected, the peak level of a main lobe in a correlation signal appearing at a prescribed period is detected within a detection time set variably within a prescribed range. Thus, the main lobe in the correlation signal is detected without being affected with a time difference by the clock signal between the transmission and reception and the sent data is accurately demodulated.
