摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for forming the bulkhead of a wiring harness at a low cost. SOLUTION: A wiring harness 1, to which a grommet 2 is attached at a position where a bulkhead is to be formed, is placed so as to have the opening side of the large diameter cylindrical part 2a of the grommet 2 face upward. After the wiring harness 1 has been held by 1st and 2nd holding jigs 9a and 9b at positions before and after the attachment position of the grommet 2 and the wiring harness 1 has been twisted, the twist is loosened and then one (9a) of the two holding jigs 9a and 9b is moved in a direction approaching the other (9b) to make spaces between adjacent wires 1a of the wiring harness 1. In this state, the grommet 2 is filled with a liquid resin 3, while vibration is given to the wiring harness 1 by a vibrator 11 to fill the spaces 6 between the adjacent wires 1a.

SOLUTION: On an endless carrier 3 rotationally driven at a required speed by a driving source, a plurality of wire harness holders 9 for each supporting vertically one wire harness 8 are supported vertically at preset spaces to the rotating direction of the endless carrier 3. Each of the wire harness holders 9 is provided with a gromet holder 20 for supporting a gromet 14 mounted on the way of each wire harness 8. A filter filling device is arranged opposite the endless carrier 3 on the side of fixation thereof at least at one place in its peripheral direction for filling a liquid hardenable filler in the gromets 14 for the opposed wire harness 8 in the process of rotating the endless carrier 3 to cover gaps between adjacent electric wires for the wire harnesses 8.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to peel off insulating coating by which the insulating coating on tip sides of wires is peeled off while the tips are arranging uniformly, each tip is welded while keeping a state of the core wires being twisted, so that the core wires are hardly exposed to dust or the like. SOLUTION: There is provided a comb blade tool having two blades facing each other on which a plurality of semi-stripped wires formed of the insulating coating wires exposed over a predetermined length from the tips are mounted. A wire holding tool for holding main parts of the semi-stripped wires is also provided at regular intervals from the comb blade tools, and holds integrally with the comb blade tools the semi-stripped wires stretched among the comb tools and the holding tool. The insulating coating on the tip sides is peeled off from the semi-stripped wires respectively, with the comb blades of the comb blade tools. A plurality of the insulating coated wires whose tip side coating is peeled off are transferred to a welding process, while integrally held by the wire holding tool.

摘要： PURPOSE: To form a tightly sealed water-proof block, by bending a wire harness partly with a tolerance sufficient for relative dislocation of wires, forming a gap between the wires using a tightening member put on both sides of the bent part, and hardening a resin after the bent part is set in a die and the gap between wires is impregnated with a liquid resin. CONSTITUTION: A part of an elongated wire harness is bent in a way that an outer wire has a larger circumferential diameter than an inner one, and a tightening member 19 is turned on both sides of the bent part. After that, the bent part is stretched again to form a gap between wires 13. The part of wires 13 with a gap is set between dies 23A and 23B, and an aqueous resin is injected and hardened. In this way, the tightly sealed water-proof block is formed at low cost without troublesome work by making a gap 21 between the wires 13 and impregnating the gap 21 with the liquid resin.
