摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press a wire in contact by a handy pressure connecting machine in the state where the wire is temporarily pressed, and detect the half-inserted state of a female terminal inserted to a connector. SOLUTION: A pressure contact terminal 2 is pressed into and fixed to an upper case 1, and a pair of female terminals 4 are inserted. A wire is distributed to a lower case 3, and in the state where the wire is nipped between the upper case 1 and the lower case 3 so that the wire can not slide, the temporarily locking lock claws 3a, 3b of the lower case 3 are engagingly locked by the locking parts 1a, 1b of the upper base 1 to temporarily lock the upper case 1 and the lower case 3. When the female terminals 4 are not perfectly inserted, the female terminal half-insertion detecting rib 3e of the lower case 3 touches the lance not shown of the upper case 1 so that the temporary locking can not be performed. Then, the wire is pressed by a handy pressure contact machine, main locking lock claws 3c, 3d (3d is not shown) are engagingly locked by the locking parts 1a, 1c of the upper base 1 to mainly lock the upper case 1 and the lower case 3.

摘要： PURPOSE: To form a tightly sealed water-proof block, by bending a wire harness partly with a tolerance sufficient for relative dislocation of wires, forming a gap between the wires using a tightening member put on both sides of the bent part, and hardening a resin after the bent part is set in a die and the gap between wires is impregnated with a liquid resin. CONSTITUTION: A part of an elongated wire harness is bent in a way that an outer wire has a larger circumferential diameter than an inner one, and a tightening member 19 is turned on both sides of the bent part. After that, the bent part is stretched again to form a gap between wires 13. The part of wires 13 with a gap is set between dies 23A and 23B, and an aqueous resin is injected and hardened. In this way, the tightly sealed water-proof block is formed at low cost without troublesome work by making a gap 21 between the wires 13 and impregnating the gap 21 with the liquid resin.

The blade-holding force of the holder 2 is strengthened, the spreading of the facing intervals between the joints with respect to time on repeated use can be prevented, and increase in the dimensions of a flat wiring body and increase in removing amount of a conductor foil are reduced as much as possible.
