摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a renewing pipe for lining an existing pipe capable of being uniformly expanded in diameter, holding a smooth inner peripheral surface even after the expansion of a diameter and good in the close adhesiveness with the existing pipe and to line the existing pipe using the renewing pipe. CONSTITUTION:A renewing pipe A is formed by covering a resin pipe composed of a thermoplastic resin with an outer layer 2 having at least one resin foam layer composed of a thermoplastic resin. An existing pipe 3 is lined by inserting the renewing pipe A in the pipeline of the existing pipe 3 to hermetically seal both ends thereof and introducing a heating fluid into the renewing pipe A under pressure to expand the diameter of the renewing pipe A while heating and softening the renewing pipe A to closely bond the renewing pipe a to the inner surface of the existing pipe 3.

The metal reinforced layer contains 0.40-0.70% of C, 0.1-1% of Si, 0.2-1% of Mn, 0.025% or less of P, and 0.01% or less of S, and if necessary, 0.008-0.050% of A, and the rest is composed of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and is constituted of a high strength steel belt of 50-80kg/mm of tensile strength with a spheroidized structure. Harmful damages such as hydrogen rising cracks, sulfide corrosion cracks and others and not generated on the metal reinforced layer of a flexural pipe, and the strength of steady sections and welded sections of the reinforced layer can be increased and designed stress can be provided high to make the flexural pipe light in weight.
