    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to wind without hindrance by winding a long size body second line on the periphery of the first line wound layer through a getting over protective plate and fixing the terminal processing part of its other end to one part of a reel, when winding a heat pipe or the like. CONSTITUTION:When winding the first line long size body 9 round a reel 1, its terminal processing part 9A is inserted into inside of a drum 2 through the opening 5 of a step-different part 4 and anchored and fixed, from a window 6, to a fixture 7 by means of a wire 10 and wound in a winding space 11 and then the other end terminal processing part 9B is anchored and fixed to a partition wall 8 by means of a wire 12. Next, at the periphery of this wound layer, the terminal processing part 13A of the second line long size body 13 is anchored and fixed to a partition plate 8 by means of a wire 14 while keeping space then the terminal processing part 9B and spacers 15-17 are arranged between these outer surfaces and further a getting-over protective plate 18 is put on to wind the second line long size body 13 and the other end terminal is similarly anchored and fixed to the partition plate 8. In this way, plural lines long size bodies can be wound without hindrance.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a coil from oxidizing without being cooled down as well as coil winding from being deformed by a method wherein a bobbin containing coil is sealed to be filled with inert gas and then the inner peripheral face of coil is held down by a member with linear expansion coefficient different from that of coil conductor. CONSTITUTION:An outer peripheral cover 15 is welded into the peripheral edge of an upper side plate 3 and a lower side plate 4 to seal a bobbin 1 containing a coil 6 airtightly. Besides, a metallic inner peripheral stay 10 with linear expansion coefficient larger than that of a coil copper conductor is laid between the inner peripheral face of coil 6 and the inner peripheral axial cylinder 2. Then the air inside the bobbin 1 is replaced with inert gas fed from a gas feeding-in pipe 13. Through these procedures,the coil conductor can be prevented from oxidizing without being cooled down by cold water in the case the coil conductor is heated up to high temperature so that the coil 6 may be prevented from being deformed by thermal expansion thereof.

    • PURPOSE:To remove difficulties encountered when forming a long heat pipe container by drawing by welding a working liquid injection nozzle to a semicircular cap and welding the cap to one end portion of a heat pipe container. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum nozzle 3 is inserted into a small diameter part of a cap formed into a semicircular shape by drawing and is welded thereto at a cap welding portion 7 thereby to form the nozzle and the cap into an integral body. Next, the cap is welded to the portion 5 of a heat pipe container at a container welding portion 8 thereby to form an integral body. The interior of the heat pipe container is evacuated by means of a vacuum pump via the tip end of the nozzle, and working liquid is sealed therein. Then, the forward end of the nozzle is pressed by dies to form a nozzle press-fitting portion 9 which is then hermetically closed by the welding at a nozzle welding portion 10 to form a heat pipe. Further, for the other end of the heat pipe container, a cap is used, and the periphery of the cap is welded and hermetically closed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an increase in resistance and a decrease of mechanical strength and to improve productivity by firstly winding a lower disc form coil and secondarily determining an internal diameter of the coil to be a predetermined size and thirdly forming a coil conductor of the winding starting end of an upper disc form coil in connection to the lower disc form coil. CONSTITUTION:The drive of a winding shaft 1 and a turn table 2 is interrupted by disconnecting a clutch and is stopped surely by a brake. The fed insulating coating coil conductor C is wound spirally from the outside toward the inside in order along a circular wall 21 of the turn table 2 while being regulated its extent by the circular wall 21. The diameter of the winding shaft 1 is formed to be the internal diameter measurement of the finished coil. The insulating coating coil conductor of the center part of coil is wound on the peripheral of the winding shaft 1 with tight contact and the internal diameter of the coil center part is adjusted to the regulation. Thus, a lower disc form coil A is formed in advance. Next, the winding shaft 1 and the turn table 2 are rotated in the same direction as the winding direction of the lower disc form coil A. Then, an insulated covered coil conductor C is fed to form an upper disc form coil B.
