摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the excellent hydrophilic property for a long time by forming a film of copper oxide in which the mole ratio of the cupric oxide to the cuprous oxide is not less than a prescribed value on the surface of a phosphorus deoxidized copper pipe, or a 9/1 cupro-nickel pipe by the electrolytic oxidation method to the thickness of a prescribed range. SOLUTION: The cathodic degreasing treatment is performed on a phosphorus deoxidized copper pipe or a 9/1 cupro-nickel pipe in the alkaline aqueous solution (NaOH: 400g/dm , the solution temperature: 70-95 deg.C). A cap is covered on each end of the phosphorus deoxidized copper tube or the 9/1 cupro-nickel pipe, and the copper oxide film in which the mole ratio of the cupric oxide to the cuprous oxide is >=5 is formed to the thickness of 0.2-10μm through anodic oxidation under the condition of the current density of 1.5-5A/dm , and the total power supply of 100-2,000 C/dm . The excellent hydrophilic property can be kept for a long time.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily extend an absorption solution over an outer surface of a heat transfer pipe and hence promote stirring action of an absorbed liquid film by providing at least two kinds of spiral grooves having different twisting angles but having the same direction of the twisting angles with respect to a pipe axis in an outer peripheral surface of the heat transfer pipe, and setting the twisting angle of the spiral groove to a specific value. SOLUTION: A heat transfer pipe 1 is adapted such that two kinds of spiral grooves M1, M2 are provided in an outer peripheral surface thereof, the spiral grooves M1, M2 being the same in directions of twisting angles θ1, θ2 with respect to a pipe axis Z and being different in the twisting angles. Further, the two kinds of the spiral groves M1, M2 are the same in groove depth and a peripheral pitch. The twisting angles θ1, θ2 of the spiral grooves M1, M2 are set to fall within a range of from 3 to 80. When the heat transfer pipe is used for an absorber disposed horizontally, many protrusions surrounded by the spiral groove are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe so that an absorption liquid film strikes the protrusions to promote stirring action.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a corrosion resistant Cu-base metallic pipe at a low cost by press-bonding powder of a metal showing a lower potential than the material of a Cu-base metallic pipe in a service environment to the inside of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A Cu or Cu alloy pipe such as a water feeding pipe, a hot water feeding pipe or a heat exchanger tube for a condenser or a plant for turning seawater into fresh water is generally manufactured by drawing with a tool consisting of dies and a plug, and lubricating oil is generally used during the drawing so as to reduce the sticking of the pipe to the tool by burning and the frictional resistance. The lubricating oil is mixed with powder of a metal showing a lower potential than the material of the pipe in a service environment, and drawing is carried out with the lubricating oil to press-bond the metallic powder to the inside of the pipe. When a fluid is passed through the resulting pipe, only the base metal is leached by the principle of electrolytic protection, so the inside of the pipe is protected over the full length of the pipe.

SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is constituted by inserting a tube 1 via fin collars 3 of laminated fins 2, and engaging the tube 1 with the fins 2. In this case, a metal zinc-containing coating film or a zinc-plating layer 4 having a mean thickness of 1 to 50 μm is interposed between engaging interfaces of the tube 1 with the fins 2. The fin 2 is previously covered on its overall surface with a hydrophilic film 5. Thus, the film 4 containing a metal zinc of a substance having a larger ionization tendency than that of a copper is formed in a gap (engaging interface) in the case of enlarging and connecting the tube 1 to the fin 2, thereby preferentially dissolving the zinc in an acid adhering water to change the water to an alkali side and make it harmless.
