In case of a busy call, a relay MON of an accessory unit LTTAU is activated through an operating contact ''by'' of the relay of the trunk LTTA, and a monitor amplifier MNAMP is inserted to the subscriber line. Further, the controller of the exchange closes links 3, 4 between the subscriber terminal and the unit LTTAU after the transmission of busy information. Thus, a test personnel can monitor the line without giving adverse effect on other subscribers.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a dial pulse reception circuit high in resistance, by setting a monitor output of a dial pulse to an optimum threshold level, through the constitution that digital conversion for an external voltage and the monitor of the dial pulse are performed in the same circuit. CONSTITUTION:A line test equipment LTE connected to a switch network is constituted with a high input impedance amplifier 1, a full wave rectifying circuit 2 rectifying AC signals, a smoothing circuit 3, a comparison circuit 4 comparing an output of the circuit 3 with that of a D/A converter 6, a digital control circuit 6, a DC/AC detection circuit 7 for an input voltage and a positive/ negative detection circuit 8 for the input voltage. In measuring the voltage of the line, the circuit 5 controls the converter 6 for D/A conversion, and in comparing a dial pulse, the circuit 5 stops the output of the circuit 3 and presets the measuring voltage of the line to the converter 6 and outputs the change in the dial pulse from the circuit 4. In this case, the monitoring output of the dial pulse is done with an optimum threshold level.

When this earth signal connects the trunk 4 and the board 5 with the response of the control circuit 8 to activate a relay T. Since the relay P is restored with the operation of the relay T, an alarm relay AL is not operated, thus the normality is confirmed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To send a talkie tone or a busy tone to a subscriber, by giving a 1- point control of a fault reception incoming trunk to incoming calls exceeding the waiting call numbers which are set previously without locking out said incoming trunk. CONSTITUTION:When a fault is reported from a subscriber of an unattended station, this report is connected to an incoming trunk 4 of a station in charge of maintenance via a switch 1 of the unattended station and an outgoing trunk 2. This maintenance charging station connects the report of fault to a test device rack 8 via a switch 5 and a fault reception trunk 7 and to a circuit device 13 and then to a test board 19 respectively. In this case, if the report of fault is given in an abnormal way from the subscriber, a control system device 16 within the device 13 discriminates a congestion state from the control quantity of the waiting call number which is held as a system. A congestion state is decided when the report of fault exceeds the control quantity of the waiting call number. Then a transmitting circuit is controlled to the fault reporting call which is received at a moment of congestion. Thus a talkie tone or a busy tone is transmitted to the subscriber who reported a fault.
