摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid an error at recalling, by making the content of a storage circuit ineffective to an exchange if a backup power supply voltage is dropped. CONSTITUTION:When a caller makes on-hook because of the busy state of a called party, the power supply for the storage circuit MEM is changed over to the backup power supply BUP and the operation of a recalling button is awaited. In this case, if the voltage of the power supply BUP dropps to a lower limit value or less without the operation of a recalling button RDB, a drawing current of a gate G2 is larger than that of a gate G1, and an output B of a flop-flop FF is inverted to ''L''. Since this output is applied so as to close a logical gate circuit LG, the content of the MEM is not outputted to the exchange and becomes ineffective even if the recalling button RDB is operated afterward.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous redialing, by detecting a backup power supply voltage, and inhibiting redialing operation when the detected voltage is less than a specific value. CONSTITUTION:When the charging voltage of a backup power source BUP is greater than a specific value, the output of a gate circuit G is at a low level and a transistor (TR) Q3 turns off. Therefore, when a dial key KRD is turned on after off-hook operation, a redialing signal RD is outputted from a TRQ2. On the other hand, when the voltage of the power source BUP is less than the specific value, the output of the gate circuit G is at a high level and the TRQ3 turns on. In this case, the TRQ2 is still off even when the key KRD is turned on, so no redialing signal RD is outputted. Further, the light emission of a light emitting diode LED is maintained to provide visible display for showing whether redialing is possible or not when the key KRD is turned on.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the increase in electric power consumed in an IC and to prevent the heat generation and the resulting temperature rise of the IC, by suppressing the rise in an applied DC voltage when an excessive electric power is supplied without exerting any influence upon an AC electric characteristic, and shunting part of a supplied current to an external element. On the other hand, the AC voltage developed between the base 4 and emitter of the TR13 by the AC voltage applied between the terminals 8a and 8b is short-circuited by a capacitor 12 to hold the impedance between both terminals high, so almost no influence is exerted upon the AC characteristics of the telephone set circuit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize communication by a handset and a loudspeaker with excellent communication performance, by using one transmitter and one receiver and switching the characteristics of telephone set circuit. Then the TRQ2 is used as a load, an analog signal from the terminal Tcon is varied, the power consumption and the hardware are reduced, the analog switch is miniaturized and its productivity is improved.
