摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate accessing to both medium processing sections in the event of a trouble in one transporting mechanism by disposing the medium processing sections rotatably on the same axis around the center of rotation of medium stowage mechanisms so that the medium processing sections can be faced diametrically to both of a pair of the rotary type transporting mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:The medium processing sections 4a, 4b are disposed rotatably on the same axis around the center of rotation of the medium stowage mechanisms 2a, 2b so that the medium processing sections 4a, 4b can be diametrically faced to both of a pair of the rotary type transporting mechanisms 5a, 5b. Then, the other transporting mechanism 5b is used and the medium processing sections 4a, 4b rotate to the position diametrically opposite to the transporting mechanism 5b to assure a backup attitude if the transporting mechanism 5a under movement goes out of order. The accessing to both medium processing sections 4a, 4b is possible in this way ev0en in the event of the trouble in either of the transporting mechanisms 5a, 5b.
