    • PURPOSE:To realize a crystal selecting method by which the yield of crystal is improved, by combining two crystals for a Jaumann type 2-stage crystal band- pass filter so that the sum of loss coefficients of these two crystals is constant regardless of a temperature change. CONSTITUTION:The Q and loss coefficient (r) of a crystal X' of the 1st stage are defined as Q1 and r1 respectively; and at the same time the Q and (r) of the crystal X' of the 2nd stage are defined as Q2 and r2 respectively. Therefore the loss of the center frequency of a pass band is defined as b=20log (1+r1+r2). Thus it is not always necessary to reduce the temperature changes of the coefficients r1 and r2. Then the temperature changes due to a loss of the center frequency of a pass band is eliminated by combining a fixed sum r1+r2 although the coefficients r1 and r2 have considerably large fluctuations. As a result, the yield of crystal is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease necessary number of the operational amplifiers in order to realize the simplification, the economization and the facilitation for the integrated circuit by securing the opposite-phase operation between the 1st/3rd switching elements and the 2nd/4th switching elements. CONSTITUTION:One of driving pulses phiA and phiB features ''H'' with the other at ''L'' respectively. And transistors TrQ4, Q5 and Q8 functioning at the switching elements are turned on by pulse phiA; while TrQ6, Q7 and Q9 functioning as the switching elements are turned on by pulse phiB to feature the opposite-phase operation to each other. When phiA becomes ''H'' with TrQ4, Q5 and Q8 are turned on, the output voltage of operational amplifiers OP1 and OP2 are applied to capacitor C4. Thus charge Q4=(V1-V2)C4 and output voltage V5 of operational amplifier OP5 are applied to capacitors C4 and C5 respectively to secure the storage of charge Q5= V5.C5. After this, when phiA and phiB turns to ''L'' and ''H'' respectively, DELTAQ4 and DELTAQ5 are added to storage charge Q6=V5.C6 of capacitor C6. In this case, if C4= C5=C6 is satisfied, V5 means the difference between output voltage V1 and V2 of OP1 and OP2.

    • PURPOSE:To compensate a loss variation due to a temperature variation in the vicinity of a passing band of a filter having the sharp characteristics, by substituting a thermistor for a resistance of a time constant circuit part, and making it have the characteristics of temperature dependence. CONSTITUTION:A circuit having a thermistor Th is substituted for a resistance R11 or R12 of a time constant circuit, and the extent of variation of loss due to a temperature is controlled by suitably selecting a distribution of resistance Ra, Rb. Whether the circuit having the thirmistor Th is substituted for the resistance R11 or R12 is selected by watching a variation due to a temperature of loss in the vicinity of frequency corresponding to 50Hz of a broadcasting signal BPF. In this case, when a value of the resistance R12 becomes small, loss of 50Hz becomes small, and when a value of the resistance R11 becomes small, the loss of 50Hz become large. Accordingly, by taking notice of this point and also watching a direction of variation due to a temperature in the vicinity of frequency corresponding to 50Hz, whether the thermistor Th has a positive or negative temperature coefficient is selected so that the most suitable one can be obtained. In this way, not only the temperature characteristics but also the amplitude characteristics can be flattened, and also a fixed loss is scarcely increased.
