When the time collating section judged that transmission request time is included in the two times as the result of collation, a CPU stores the transmission request time in a main memory 3, and stored message information sent from the subscriber 7 in a voice storage unit 4. When it is judged that the transmission request time is not included in the two times, the CPU 2 starts an impossibility informing section 23 and extracts the two times from the transmission allowance time registration area 31 and sends to a voice answering device 5.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an ineffective call to a subscriber in an incoming call congestion state by allowing a calling subscriber to request a message to a subscriber in the incoming call congestion state. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber incoming call congestion detector SCD0 detects the incoming call congestion state of a subscriber A, the SCD0 registers the subscriber A to the own device and a detector SCD in a prescribed district to allow a main storage device MM of a toll station to ensure an area corresponding to the subscriber A. When a subscriber B makes a call to the A in this state, after the local switch LS0 transmits telephone numbers of both the subscribers to a voice storage controller VSC of the toll station from a runk OST, the LS0 connects the subscriber B to an outgoing trunk OGT0. The device VSC starts a voice response device ARE to inform the congestion of the A to the subscriber B. When the subscriber B desires a message, the device VSC starts the voice storage device VSE and registers the telephone number of the subscriber B and the message storage area in the device VSE into the said area of the device MM. The subscriber B records the message to the device VSE and is restored. On the other hand, the exchange LS0 connects the subscriber A to the device VSC with the operation of the subscriber A and the device VSC reproduces the message by reproduction request.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce circuit invalid holding due to the dissidence of circuit states because each exchange controls the state of the communication line by permitting a toll transit switch connected to a local switch to control the state of the communication line connecting communication exchanges and to function selective control. CONSTITUTION:The toll transmit switch TS-FX, which has received a connection request from the local switch LS station, indicates a circuit translator LNS to request a STOC outgoing circuit translation through the control of a central control unit CC0 so that it can select an outgoing circuit SOGTOi for transmitting a facsimile signal to a facsimile accumulation converter STOC. The LNS translates from FAX call connection request information to opposite STOC outgoing circuit information, inquires whether or not the outgoing circuit can be used or not to a circuit state controller LSM, which returns the response showing whether the circuit can be used or not to the LNS. The LSM controls the circuit states of all communication lines in the TS-FX at every line. The CC0 informs the STOC of the selected SOGTOi through a control signal transmitter CSEO and a control signal receiver CSE1, and simultaneously the communication line between the TS-FX and the STOC is connected.

CONSTITUTION:After a subscriber 1 uses a registration means 12 to register a response condition 11, when a call is incoming to the subscriber 1, a collation means 13 collates the attribute of the incoming call with the response conditions 11 registered by the registration means 12 and controls the incoming call that it is selected by a telephone automatic reply or a direct response by the subscriber 1 based on the result of collation. Thus, it is possible to make the telephone automatic response function effective automatically depending on the response conditions set by the subscriber and the necessity of dialing a special number is eliminated at the start and end of the utilization on each occasion. Even after the registration automatic response device is made once effective, the subscriber is made possible for direct response to a specific call in matching with the response conditions set by the subscriber. Thus, the convenience of the telephone automatic response function is improved.
