The communication apparatus comprises a means for acquiring present position information, a means for generating a network management message (e.g. SNMP message), and a means for sending the generated network management message to the monitor. The monitor comprises a means for extracting the position information from the received network management message, and a means for mapping the position information of the communication apparatus on map information to display the information on the terminal screen. A control means 12 applies the network as the candidate of an output route in the process of route selection, which is indicated by the network identifier combined with identifying information which indicates the call incoming destination of the call among identifying information to be included in the combination with the history in advance when the call occurs in the network or the local station.

A counting part 3 counts up the number of bills in the cassette 5 set up in the vehicle 2 directly or indirectly by a clerk and a control part 4 controls the bill replenishing/recovering operation of the vehicle 2 so as to uniformize the numbers of bills in respective ATMs 1 based upon the numbers of bills stored in respective ATMs 1 and the number of bills stored in the cassette 5 which is counted by the counting part 3.
