    • PURPOSE: To provide 89 interruption control method which can surely process an interruption request. CONSTITUTION: When two CPUs 1 and 2 share a DPRAM 3 to perform the mutual communication, one of both CPUs that performs an interruption, reads out a flag which is written in a status area of the DPRAM 3. Then, a flag is written in the status area when the flag has a prescribed logical level, and a code that is written in an interruption area of the DPRAM 3, is read out. A code showing an interruption factor is written in the interruption area when the read code is equal to a prescribed one, and an interruption is applied to the other CPU. The CPU that received the interruption, reads the code out of the interruption area. Then, the flag is read out of the status area and the interruption processing is selected when the flag has a prescribed logical level. The flag of the status area corresponding to the selected processing is cleared at a prescribed logical level and the selected processing is carried out, and the code of the interruption area corresponding to the selected processing is cleared by a prescribed code.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently detect an intruder.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 10 acquires respective images taken by a plurality of cameras 50 which have a common installation environment but have different imaging subjects. The monitoring device 10 detects image change in the respective acquired images. When the detected image change has also been detected in other images taken at the same time, the monitoring device 10 determines that it is erroneous intruder detection due to environmental change. The monitoring device 10 outputs a detection result based on a determination result of the erroneous intruder detection.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with a high quality service by controlling communication speed between terminals thereby utilizing system resources effectively while reducing the load. SOLUTION: When the number of terminals participating a video conference is altered, a multi-point conference unit 10 calculates the communication speed to each terminal from the total number of terminals in video conference and its own processing capacity and then informs calculation results to the terminal by instructing alteration of communication speed. In this regard, resources used by all terminals participating the video conference are determined and a decision is made whether the resources exceed a threshold or not. If the threshold is exceeded, communication speed per terminal is recalculated to set a resource reservation ratio at the time of exceeding the threshold.
