摘要： PURPOSE:To receive it actively by sending a non-delivery notice including the distributing destination subscriber information when a distributing destination terminal cannot execute the mail distribution due to a trouble or a continuous use and a mail store and foreword switching system later cannot use the distributing destination terminal. CONSTITUTION:A mail transmitted by designating destinations TB-TD from a facsimile terminal TA is once stored through a switch SW of a store and foreword switching system MSYS and a processor CPU into a file (DK). At such a time, after the destination is set to a mail control table (TMSG) of a main memory (MM) of a facsimile store and foreword switching system, calling is executed to terminals TB-TD and a stored mail is transmitted. A delivery retrying is repeated for a constant time and by the data (TCC) of a subscriber terminal TC which cannot be distributed, group data (TGa) to belong to it are obtained. Next, using a subscriber included in group data TGa as a key, the control table TMSG is searched and the distributed subscriber is obtained. The non-delivery notice included in the same group as the subscriber terminal TC and including the mail already-delivered subscriber (TB) information is prepared, and sent to the said subscriber. When registering is not executed by these processings, only the non-delivery notice is sent as well as conventionally.

The control section 14 acquires management information for recording the message from a message/station data management section 15 and writes the information to a hard disk 16 via a voice data control section 13. When the user A applies a code commanding the end of recording and releases its telephone set, only the user B and the exchange 1 are connected and the message written in the disk 16 is reproduced.

CONSTITUTION:When a message is spoken by a telephone T1, it is digitally converted and is delayed by a delay circuit 18 and is successively written in a prescribed area of a memory 12 by a controller 20. A detector 16 monitors an input analog signal; and if the disconnect signal is detected, a signal S1 is inputted to a processor 14 to inhibit write of this data (digital value of the disconnect signal), and only message data is written in the memory 12. When a terminating subscriber requests transmission of the message by a telephone T2, the controller 20 reads out the memory 12 and read data is converted to an analog signal and is sent to the telephone T2 through an exchange EX or the like. Thus, write of the disconnect signal to the memory 12 is inhibited not to reproduce the disconnect signal, and the malfunction due to coming-round of the reproduced voice signal does not occur.

If the sum is larger than ms, the circuit CMP generates an output from a terminal 2 regarding that a data logic error is generated during the data processing of the transmitting side, and when the sum is smaller than ms, the circuit CMP generates an output from a terminal 3 judging that a fault is generated in the transmission side.
