摘要： PURPOSE: To improve serviceability by changing over transmitting speed to the lower speed than conventionally, and resending a page, in which abnormalities occur, from the beginning by the data of a page unit removed from a memory means of the data concerning the communication distribution, when abnormalities of receiving are received during data transmission.
CONSTITUTION: A communication control equipment 1 is connected through an exchanger 2 to a FAX terminal 3. A storing means 13 stores the data such as the number concerning the terminal, transmitting speed which starts to transmit and the data of the equivalent page unit. When a receiving abnormal signal RTN is transmitted from a terminal, a transmitting and receiving control circuit 12 receives the signal. Next, the contents of the memory means 13 are referred, transmitting speed is set one-step lower and DCS and TCF signals are sent. A CFR signal is confirmed and picture information of the equivalent page is removed from the memory means 13 and sent. After transmitting speed is set lower than conventionally, if an action is normal, a message confirming signal MCF is sent from the terminal, and therefore, after that, picture information is continuously sent.

CONSTITUTION:When a message is spoken by a telephone T1, it is digitally converted and is delayed by a delay circuit 18 and is successively written in a prescribed area of a memory 12 by a controller 20. A detector 16 monitors an input analog signal; and if the disconnect signal is detected, a signal S1 is inputted to a processor 14 to inhibit write of this data (digital value of the disconnect signal), and only message data is written in the memory 12. When a terminating subscriber requests transmission of the message by a telephone T2, the controller 20 reads out the memory 12 and read data is converted to an analog signal and is sent to the telephone T2 through an exchange EX or the like. Thus, write of the disconnect signal to the memory 12 is inhibited not to reproduce the disconnect signal, and the malfunction due to coming-round of the reproduced voice signal does not occur.
