    • PURPOSE:To eliminate surplus calculation and effect successful collection of following earthquake observation data, by suspending calculation of hypocenter determination when it is judged to be outside the area subject to observation in charge. CONSTITUTION:Earthquake observation data by seismometer, sending apparatuses 11-1n, 21-2n are received by a receiving apparatus 30 and calculation is made for determination of the seismic center by an analyzer 40 equipped with interface circuit 41, processor 42, memory 43, etc. Further, basing upon comparison of set values through a processor during calculation, when the center is located outside the responsible are of observation, the calculation is suspended at this moment. Thus, surplus calculation is eliminated for successful collection of the following earthquake observation data.

    • PURPOSE: To enable efficient testing of a printed circuit board automatically and continuously without labor, by housing a plurality of printed circuit boards in a storage box once linked to a connection unit individually so as to be connected to an automatic test machine with a sequentially switching of the boards.
      CONSTITUTION: Printed circuit boards 1 to be tested are housed in a storage box 9 within a housing limit, connected to connectors 10a thereof 9 individually and then, after the box 9 is fixed on a pallet as a whole, they are connected to a switching control section 11 through connectors 10b mounted thereon 9. As the pallet being carried with a conveyer reaches a specified position, the connector 14 on the side of an automatic test machine is connected in contact to a connec- tor 13 on the side of a pallet to start a test with the automatic test machine. The switching of the printed circuit boards 1 with the switching control section 11 is performed automatically according to a command from the automatic test machine 3. After the end of all tests of the printed circuit boards 1, the pallet is sent out and when the subsequent pallet arrives, testing is repeated again.
