    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure viscoelasticity of an object in an easy and simple manner.SOLUTION: A probe device 100 has a substantially cylindrical shape and can be attached to and detached from a portable terminal device 200. An output control section 261 outputs a depression request message requesting depression of the depressing member 120 of the probe device 100 when preparations for starting viscoelasticity measurement are made. After the output control section 261 outputs the depression request message or the release request message, a distance measurement section 262 measures a distance to an object to be measured at a measurement timing in a predetermined cycle continuously and determines displacement of the object to be measured on the basis of a change in the measured distance.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease surface ruggedness and to allow the use of the disk substrate in high-speed rotation by pressurizing a supporting plate by means of a pressurizing member on which a pressure is isotropically exerted. CONSTITUTION:The supporting plate 12 is pressurized by the pressurizing member 15 on which the pressure is isotropically exerted to spread a photosetting resin 14 between the supporting plate 12 and a transfer mold 11. While the pressure is held, the photosetting resin 14 is irradiated with light and is thereby cured to form a resin layer 16. Since the pressure is uniformly exerted on the supporting plate 12 and the photosetting resin 14 by the pressurizing member 15, the supporting plate 12 is deformed along the surface of the transfer mold 11 and even if the surface hardness of the supporting plate 12 is poor, the unequal thickness of the resin occurring in the camber of the supporting plate and the hard flow of the resin is decreased and the disk substrate having excellent parallelism is obtd. If the disk substrate is parted from the transfer mold 11, the disk substrate cambers again, but there is no slight ruggedness and the smooth surface is obtd.; therefore, the acceleration generated by the high speed rotation is decreased and the good follow-up characteristic to the optical head is obtd. even in the high-speed rotation.

    • PURPOSE:To improve an information transfer speed by coating a supporting substrate with a resin layer with thickness equal to or exceeding the difference of the unevenness of the substrate surface, performing surface grinding to the resin layer and then transferring the unevenness information of a stamper on the resin layer with photopolymer. At such a time, the difference of the unevenness occurs on the surface of the resin layer 3 in accordance with the waviness of the supporting substrate 1. Then, the surface grinding is performed to the resin layer 3, where a photopolymer film 2 on which the unevenness information is transferred is formed. Thus, the flatness of the substrate 1 is improved and acceleration caused by the rotation of a disk is reduced, so that an optical head can follow even high speed rotation of the disk and the information is transferred at high speed.

    • PURPOSE:To enable full-surface sticking with good workability by coating a UV curing type adhesive agent on the surface of a recording film and curing the adhesive agent, then sticking substrates to each other by using an anaerobic adhesive agent or hot melt type adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:The recording layer forming surface of the optical disk substrate is first subjected to a treatment for spin coating a UV curing resin liquid thereon, then projecting UV rays thereon to solidify the resin. The two substrates are then adhered by using the anaerobic adhesive agent or the hot melt type adhesive agent in the state of prohibiting the permeation of moisture. Moisture resistance is improved if the optical disk is formed in such a manner even if the moisture resistance of the anaerobic adhesive agent or the hot melt type adhesive agent itself is not sufficient. In addition, the sticking of the optical disk substrates with good workability is possible. The workability in the sticking stage is thereby improved and the characteristic of the full-surface sticking type optical disk are upgraded.
