The heat generated in the driver IC 301 is dissipated through the thermally conductive member 306 and the thermally conductive chassis 103.

The manufacturing method of the plasma display device includes the processes of measuring the delay time against the signal of a circuit element making up the X sustain circuit 18 and the Y sustain circuit 19, classifying according to the delay time, selecting the combination of the classified circuit elements so that the timing of a changing edge of the sustain pulse becomes within the predetermined error range, and mounting the circuit elements of the selected combination.
