    • PURPOSE:To carry out working for a long span floor without support by disposing vertically prefabricated small beam reinforcing bar in which PC steel material for prestress introduction is incorporated preliminarily, fastening both ends of the PC steel material with a reaction support device at both ends of the frame and adding vertical load to the steel material at the two points formed by dividing the small beam length in three equal portions. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a prestress introduction PC steel material 4 are fastened with a reaction support device 6 disposed to a position upper than the center of the section of a small beam at an end plate A. Load to almost offset the stress generated by the own weight of a floor board is applied to the PC steel material 4 by external force P at the two points formed by dividing the small beam lengths in three equal portions. Concrete 7 is placed in the frame A while fastened is maintained. Given strength is obtained by means of vapor curing or the like after placing concrete, and then fastening of the PC steel material 4 with the reaction support device 6 and the external force P are released and releasing from a mold is carried out to mold a precast concrete component constituted of a rib-shaped small beam (a) in which prestress is introduced and a semi-floor bard (b).

    • PURPOSE:To display damping effect by pin jointing one point of horizontal material of large deflective rigidity to a lower structure, as well as jointing another point to an upper structure, and interposing dampers between the horizontal material and the upper structure, on the opposite side to a pin joint. CONSTITUTION:One point of horizontal material 3 of large deflective rigidity is pin jointed by a pin 4 to a lower structure 1 fixed at a lower floor, in such a way as to be rotatable around a vertical axis. Another point of the horizontal material 3 is jointed through a connecting rod 5 or the like to an upper structure 2 which is not fixed at the lower structure 1. Dampers 8, 8' are then interposed, through connecting rods 7, 7' or the like, between the horizontal material 3 and the upper structure 2, on the opposite side to a pin joint with the lower structure 1 viewing from a joint with the upper structure 2. At the time of earthquake or the like, displacement between layers are thereby enlarged to be transmitted to the dampers 8, 8' so as to increase damping effect.

    • PURPOSE:To perform isolating operation of vibration with a less amount of distortion in a vertical direction and soft movement in a horizontal direction, by alternately piling doughnut-shaped metallic plates and elastic bodies, allowing them to adhere to each other, forming a cylindrical body, enclosing both top and bottom ends of said cylindrical body with metallic plates and sealing the inside of the cylindrical body with liquid. CONSTITUTION:Annular framelike bodies 1, consisting of elastic material of rubber or the like, and annular framelike bodies 2, consisting of metal, are alternately laminated and allowed to adhere to each other, and a cylindrical body 3 is formed. Metallic plates 4 are glued to top and bottom end sides respectively of said cylindrical body 3 in such a manner as to enclose its internal space, then to a hollowed part formed between the both top and bottom metallic plates 4 and the cylindrical body 3 liquid 5 like water is filled to constitute a vibro-isolating device A. In this way, resistance by liquid pressure against force in a perpendicular direction causes a less amount of distortion in a vertical direction for the whole unit of the vibro- isolating device A. While against force applied in a horizontal direction soft supporting operation can be performed.
