Next, a fixing reinforcement 9 protrusively arranged on the column steel frame 8 and a horizontal joining reinforcement 6 composed of a large diameter screw knot reinforcement are joined together through a mechanical joint 13, and column hoops 2 are arranged in order from a lower part. A column A and a form of the cast-in-place part B' of the bearing wall are located, a head tying reinforcement composed of a large diameter screw knot reinforcement in the space direction in the vicinity of a wall head part and a slab reinforcement as a distributing bar are arranged, and after the head tying reinforcement is fixed to the column steel frame 8, concrete for a column, a wall and a floor is placed.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a joining device for precast reinforced concrete pillars and beams which is excellent in workability and reasonable in construction. Beam lower end reinforcements 6 are projected so as not to be overlapped, the end parts are bent up into a panel zone, and sub-hoop reinforcement 7 is arranged on the bending up part of the beam lower end reinforcement 6. A sub-hoop reinforcement 7a is arranged on the bending up parts 6b of the beam lower end reinforcement 6 of adjoining beams 5, and concrete is placed together with a slab in the front and rear panel zones.
