摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize the sealability of a slide surface over a long period by forming a gas valve body or a gas plug from alloy composed of a plurality of metals having different melting points, and having a porous outer surface, and by impregnating a recessed surface of the porous outer surface with a seal assistant. CONSTITUTION:A gas valve is composed of a gas valve body 1, a truncated- conical shape storage part 11 formed in the body 1, and a plug 2 having a shape complementary to the shape of the storage part 11 and rotatably fitted in the latter. The gas valve body 1 is formed therein with upstream and downstream passages 12, 13 communicated with the storage part 11. Further, the plug 21 is formed therein with a passage hole 21 communicated with the upstream and downstream passages 12, 13. In this arrangement, the gas valve body 1 or the plug 2 is formed from allay composed of a plurality of metals having different melting or foiling points. Further, a porous layer 3 from which metal components having low melting or boiling points are removed is formed at the outer surface of the alloy, and is impregnated at its recessed outer surface 31 with a seal assistant so as to form a coating layer G.

Therefore, a freely removable stopper 23 is provided between the end part of the joint main body 1 and a head part 15 of the fastening member 13, and the stopper 23 is provided with the length equal to the insertion length of the flexible pipe 11 to the fastening member 13 and the joint main body 1.

The sealing means may be of such a structure that it has a U-section and is fitted by pressure between the two members concentrically, that is fitted tightly on the opposed cylinder part protruding from the two members, or that a small wall thickness cylindrical part protruding at the other side is tightly fitted on the cylindrical part furnished on the other side.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reinforce the strength against pulling out by setting the inner circumference diameter of an engagingly stopping ring so that the ring is provided with the inner circumference diameter larger than the thread part major diameter of a flexible metal pipe and is fittable in the root part at the same time when the ring is pressed into a hole part to be shrunk in the diameter direction from a stored condition in a circular recessed part and providing a movable ring in the cylinder part point end outer circumference part. CONSTITUTION:A flexible metal pipe 4 is inserted while a fastening screw 2 is temporarily screwed to an internal thread part 14 of a cylinder part 1 to be connected, and then, the fastening screw 2 is driven in, while a movable ring 5 provided in a cylinder part 23 is pressed into an engagingly stopping ring 3. In this way, the engagingly stopping ring 3 is moved to a hole part 15 side along a taper part 11, and the diameter of the ring 3 is shrunk. When the ring 3 is pressed into the inside of the hole part 15, the inner circumference part of the engagingly stopping 3 is inserted in the root part of the flexible metal pipe 4. Therefore, the flexible metal pipe 4 is prevented from cooperatively rotating with the engagingly stopping ring 3, so that the strength against pulling out can be reinforced.
