摘要： PURPOSE:A cosmetic having improved utility, finish, stability, moldability, impact resistance, etc., containing spherical chitin powder. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic containing 1-60wt% spherical chitin powder having 20-0.1mu average particle diameter. This cosmetic has good spread, provides finish free from powder, a transparent feeling, cleanness and moldability and does not cake and when it is further used as a liquid cosmetic, it is refreshing and has stability. The spherical chitin powder is obtained by making chitin into an alkali, chitin aqueous solution, coagulating the solution in an acidic aqueous solution to give precipitate and washing the precipitate with water until it become neutral to give regenerated chitin, pulverizing the chitin in water to give dispersion, jetting the dispersion with a gas to a high-temperature atmosphere and drying.

Various textile products can be produced by the color-development of the yarn or the woven or knit fabric of the modified regenerated cellulose fiber by the treatment with a color- developing agent for naphthol dye.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To he a regenerated cellulose fiber having warmth retaining effect due to hygroscopic heat build-up by improving the hygroscopic property of cellulose fiber. SOLUTION: The modified regenerated cellulose fiber having a hygroscopic heat build-up property is obtained by making a regenerated cellulose fiber contain an acidic polymer having carboxyl group, crosslinking the fiber and then by performing alkali treatment. The content of the above acidic polymer is 3-25 wt.% based on the total weight of the modified regenerated cellulose fiber. The acidic polymer is soluble in sodium hydroxide and coagulates in a coagulating and regenerating bath for a cellulosic viscose solution. The resultant modified regenerated cellulose fiber has a hygroscopic heat build-up temperature of 7.5-11.5 deg.C.

Thereby, the resultant fabric has unconventionally high W&W properties and is capable of manifesting a sufficient tear strength withstanding practical use. Since the cross-linking is carried out with a nonformaldehyde-based cross-linking agent according to this method, the toxicity is not exerted on the human body.

An immobilized lipase is obtained by introducing 0.01-0.4 mole of a glycidyl ether of aliphatic polyhydric alcohol based on 1 mole of chitosan pyranose ring residue and 0.05-1 mole of a high molecular aliphatic acid of 6-20C of the total carbon number based on 1 mole of chitosan pyranose ring residue into the above regenerated chitosan carrier and binding a lipase on the carrier through a covalent bond. The immobilized lipase expresses lipid-lytic activity of 0.01-2u/mg in terms of dry weight of the immobilized lipase.
