    • PURPOSE:To quickly change recording and reproducing surfaces by providing a control member with an opening part through the atmosphere and providing a control valve for opening and closing the opening part. CONSTITUTION:At least one part 8 of the control member is provided with the opening part 10 through the stmosphere while the control valve 11 is provided to open and close the opening part 10. Now, the opening part 10 is desirable to be disposed on the upstream side from a magnetic head in the rotating direction for the purpose of introducing the atmosphere efficiently, and the control member possesses a recessed part to confine a generated negative pressure inside, where a magnetic head is desirable to be set up in this recessed part. In this case, since the negative pressure can be allowed to escape freely by opening and closing the opening part 10 provided to the control member 8 with the control valve 11, the recording and reproducing surfaces can quickly be changed without changing the rotating direction of a magnetic sheet. By this method, the operability of recording and reproducing over both sides is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure the abutting of a magnetic head against a magnetic sheet by providing a blocking part on a regulating plate to be protruded with its protrusion amt. increasing gradually in the upstream direction of the magnetic sheet in its rotation. CONSTITUTION:The regulating plate 31 is formed with a groove 32 for receiving the magnetic head, an upstream rib 33 on the upstream side of the rotational direction (direction of an arrow R) of the magnetic sheet and a downstream rib 34 on the downstream side across this groove 32, and moreover, the blocking part 35 is erected to be protruded to the side of the magnetic sheet on an outer edge part of the upstream rib 33 of the regulating plate 31, facing the outer periphery of the magnetic sheet. Since this blocking part 35 is gradually increased in its protrusion amt. in the upstream direction of the rotation of the magnetic sheet, so as to follow the bending deformation of the outer periphery of the magnetic sheet under the recording or reproducing state, the magnetic sheet is approached with its outer periphery to the blocking part 35. By this method, an airflow between the regulating plate and the magnetic sheet is prevented from leaking out, thus ensuring the abutting of the magnetic head against the magnetic sheet.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain stable head touch by providing a projecting part, which presses the outer peripheral part of a magnetic sheet, in a control board and continuously or intermittently inclining the pressing surface of the projecting part more deeply in the inner peripheral side. CONSTITUTION:In the upstream side and downstream side of a groove-shaped recessed part 16 to be formed in the center of a control board 15, inclining surfaces 17 and 18 are respectively obtained and a projecting part 19 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the specifying board 15. Then, the magnetic sheet is pressed by this projecting part 19. The outer peripheral side of the projecting part 19 in a magnetic head moving direction is hollowed as a pressing surface 20 and made in a circular arc shape with step. Accordingly, when a magnetic head 4 slides and contacts a magnetic sheet 1 in the inner peripheral side, an outer peripheral part 20a and the magnetic sheet 1 smoothly is brought into contact and when the magnetic head 4 slides and contacts the magnetic sheet 1 in the outer peripheral side, an inner peripheral part 20b is smoothly brought contact with the magnetic sheet 1. Thus, even when the magnetic head 4 moves to the inner and outer peripheries, the stable head touch can be always obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain head touch to be always stable by energizing a magnetic sheet towards a magnetic head with positive pressure and simultaneously sucking the magnetic sheet with negative pressure. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic sheet 11 is rotated since the inclining surface 14a of a negative pressure generating member 14 is inclined so as to be separated much more from the magnetic sheet 11 in a lower flow, the negative pressure is generated and the magnetic sheet 11 is sucked to a magnetic head 13. Simultaneously, since an inclining surface 16a of a positive pressure generating member 16 is inclined so as to be close to the magnetic sheet 11 much more in the lower flow, the positive pressure is generated and the magnetic sheet 11 is energized to the magnetic head 13. Thus, when the positive pressure and negative pressure are simultaneously operated and further, the positive pressure generating member is satisfactorily adjusted, the stable head touch can be always obtained in the whole area of a head moving range.

    • PURPOSE:To attain excellent cross recording by providing magnetic particles having the orientation direction arranged in one direction so as to record the 1st information efficiently and magnetic particles having the orientation direction arranged in the other direction recording the 2nd information efficiently in a rate of 50% each. CONSTITUTION:The 1st magnetic layer 13 formed by arranging the orientation direction of magnetic particles of a magnetic face in a direction and the 2nd magnetic layer 14 formed on the 1st magnetic layer 13 by arranging the orientation direction of the particles in other direction with a prescribed angle to the orientation direction of the 1st magnetic layer 13, are provided. In reproducing the information recorded on the 1st magnetic layer 13, since a large azimuth loss is accompanied with all sets of the information recorded on the 2nd magnetic layer 14 in the same degree, they are not almost reproduced, and in case of revesing, the revesing information is not almost reproduced. Thus, even if lots of kinds of information are recorded superimposingly on one magnetic face, each information is reproduced excellently without causing crosstalk.
