    • PURPOSE:To obtain stable head touch by providing a projecting part, which presses the outer peripheral part of a magnetic sheet, in a control board and continuously or intermittently inclining the pressing surface of the projecting part more deeply in the inner peripheral side. CONSTITUTION:In the upstream side and downstream side of a groove-shaped recessed part 16 to be formed in the center of a control board 15, inclining surfaces 17 and 18 are respectively obtained and a projecting part 19 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the specifying board 15. Then, the magnetic sheet is pressed by this projecting part 19. The outer peripheral side of the projecting part 19 in a magnetic head moving direction is hollowed as a pressing surface 20 and made in a circular arc shape with step. Accordingly, when a magnetic head 4 slides and contacts a magnetic sheet 1 in the inner peripheral side, an outer peripheral part 20a and the magnetic sheet 1 smoothly is brought into contact and when the magnetic head 4 slides and contacts the magnetic sheet 1 in the outer peripheral side, an inner peripheral part 20b is smoothly brought contact with the magnetic sheet 1. Thus, even when the magnetic head 4 moves to the inner and outer peripheries, the stable head touch can be always obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To keep a magnetic sheet in a stable state and to prevent fluttering, etc., by providing a projection for negative pressure generation in the upstream side of sheet rotation on a flat surface to be faced with the magnetic sheet and providing a groove part in the downstream side along the rotational direction of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:On a flat surface 23 to be faced with a magnetic sheet 22 in a main body 21 of a stabilizer, a step-shaped projection 24 is provided in the upstream side for the rotational direction of the sheet 22 and a groove 28 is formed in the downstream side along the rotational direction of the sheet 22. A magnetic head 26 is protruded to an opening part 25, which is provided in the central part of the main body 21, and in an interval between the opening part 25 and head 26, a sealing material 31 such as resin, etc., is fixed with air tightness. With the high-speed rotation of the magnetic sheet 22, an accompanying current is generated along the rotational direction and negative pressure is generated between the sheet 22, which is positioned in the downstream side of the projecting part 24, and facing surface 23. Then, the generation of positive pressure is excluded by the groove 29 and the sheet 22 is attracted, slided and securely in contact with the head 26.

CONSTITUTION:A rectangular projection 24 is provided to be protruded to an upstream side in the rotational direction of a flat surface 23 facing with a magnetic sheet 22 in a main body 21 of a stabilizer and a recessed part 28 is formed to surround an opening part 25 through a head 26 in the central part of the main body 21. A rectangular groove part 29 is formed along the rotational direction of the magnetic sheet 22 in the downstream side for the rotational direction of the magnetic sheet 22 on the flat surface 23. An inclined surface 32 is provided in the upstream side for the rotational direction of the magnetic sheet 22. With the rotation of the magnetic sheet 22, positive pressure is generated between an auxiliary board 33 and the magnetic sheet 22 and the magnetic sheet 22 is pushed to the side of magnetic head 26. Then, negative pressure is generated between the projecting part 24 and recessed part 28 and the generation of the positive pressure is excluded by the groove part 29. Then, the magnetic sheet 22 is slided and securely in contact with the head 26.

CONSTITUTION:A coil spring 25 and a plunger actuator 26 are arranged as driving means placing a supporting shaft 23 between them between a lower surface of the stabilizing plate 20 and a base plate 13. Then, the stabilizing plate 20 is energized clockwise by the coil spring 25, while this stabilizing plate 20 is regulated in its turning position by the plunger actuator 26. Consequently, at the time of starting up a magnetic disk sheet 14, an angle of inclination of a slope 21 of the stabilizing plate 20 is increased, and moreover, since a tip 28 of the stabilizing plate 20 is allowed to approach the magnetic disk sheet 14, larger negative pressure can be generated. By this method, the magnetic disk sheet 14 is drawn enough to the side of a magnetic head 19 so that the stable recording and reproducing are performed.

CONSTITUTION:A groove 32 where a magnetic head 15 will be put, an upper ridge 33 above the groove 32 in the rotation direction of a magnetic sheet 13, and a lower ridge 34 below the groove 32 in this rotation direction are formed on a control plate 32. A slope 35 which is more distant from the magnetic sheet 13 according as going toward the lower side is formed below the groove 32 in the rotation direction of the magnetic sheet 13, and the slope 35 has a prescribed angle theta to a recording face 13a of the magnetic sheet 13 at the time of non-rotation. Thus, the control plate and the magnetic sheet are prevented from coming into contact with each other to prevent the occurrence of flaws on the magnetic sheet.

In the tip part of the chip 22 faced to the recording surface of a magnetic sheet 13, a facing surface 33 is formed so that the recording surface of the magnetic sheet 13 can be slid and contacted with the facing surface, and in the almost central part of the facing surface 33, plural magnetic gap parts 34 are formed along the radial direction of the sheet 13. The facing surface 33 is an inclined surface 35 so as to be separated from a freely rotating surface N of the sheet 13 toward the downstream side of the sheet 13. Thus, with the rotation of the sheet 13, the negative pressure is generated between the inclined surface 35 of the head chip 22 and the sheet 13 and the sheet 13 is attracted to the chip 22 side and slid in contact with the magnetic gap parts 34. Then, a satisfactory head touch can be obtained.

Consequently, a negative pressure is generated in the area surrounded with the stabilizing plate main body 11, to which a magnetic head 15 is attached, and a projecting part 21, which surrounds the magnetic head 15 and is projected in the edge part of the stabilizing plate main body 11 toward the magnetic sheet 12, in accordance with high-speed rotation of the magnetic sheet 12, and the negative pressure is increased by the slope 27 which is formed on the stabilizing plate main body 11 and is more distant from the free rotation position N according as going down in the rotation direction of the magnetic sheet 12. Thus, the extent of deformation of the magnetic sheet 12 is reduced to realize a satisfactory head touch.

Consequently, when the plate spring member is inserted into a groove 22 of the center core 14 from the outside in the vertical direction to this paper, the detaining projection part 27 of the fitting part 26 is fitted in a prescribed position into the hole 28 of the plate spring member 25 so as to detain the plate spring member 25, and the plate spring member 25 is fixed to the center core 14 by pressing against the projection part 24 on the opposite side. By this method, the plate spring member can be prevented from falling out of the center core.

CONSTITUTION:Following the high speed rotation of the magnetic sheet 12, magnetism is generated in the recessed part 36 of the stabilizer 31 main body, and then, the magnetic sheet 12 is attracted on the side of the 1st magnetic head 14 in the recessed part 36, and one recording surface of the magnetic sheet 12 is rubbed in contact with the magnetic head 14. Then, the recording/ reproducing is performed on the one recording surface. And simultaneously, the 2nd magnetic head 15 approaches the other recording surface of the magnetic sheet 12 which is stabilized by the stabilizer 31, and rubs in contact with the surface, and then, the recording/reproducing is performed on the other recording surface. Thus, the adjustment of positioning the magnetic heads 14 and 15 and the assembling operation are facilitated and also the damage and the abrasion of the magnetic sheet 12 and the magnetic heads 14 and 15 are restrained.
