    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a silver halide photographic sensitive material superior in running stability and further good in original reproducibility.
      SOLUTION: The silver halide photographic sensitive material is obtained by forming on a support at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer having a silver bromide content of ≥50 mol% and containing a hydrazine derivative and a redox compound capable of releasing a development inhibitor by being oxidized in this emulsion layer or another hydrophilic colloidal layer, and it is processed after imagewise exposure with a developing solution having a pH change of ≤0.3 at the time of adding 0.1 mol of acetic acid/l of the developing solution and a pH of 9.5-11.0 at the initial time of the developing solution.
