    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise caused by liquid sending during a measuring time, when measuring a specific bonding reaction between a physiologically active substance and a test substance by using a surface plasmon resonance measuring device.
      SOLUTION: In this method, a change of surface plasmon resonance is measured by using the surface plasmon resonance measuring device equipped with a passage system including a cell formed on a metal film, and a photodetection means for measuring the intensity of a light beam totally reflected by the metal film surface and for detecting the surface plasmon resonance state. The method is characterized by supplying intermittently sample liquid including the test substance to be measured, and measuring and extracting the change of the surface plasmon resonance in the state where a liquid flow is stopped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire reliable combination detection data by suppressing variations in a measurement value, when measuring the specific combination reaction between a physiological active substance and a substance to be inspected by using a surface plasmon resonance measuring apparatus.
      SOLUTION: A change in surface plasmon resonance is measured by using the surface plasmon resonance measuring apparatus, having a channel system including a cell formed on a metal film and a light detection means for detecting the state of surface plasmon resonance by measuring the intensity of light beams totally reflected from the surface of the metal film, and by exchanging liquid in the channel system. The long diameter of the metal film is ≥0.1μm and ≤100μm, a molecule interacting with a molecule to be analyzed is immobilized onto the surface of the metal film, the distance between the metal films is ≥200μm and ≤10mm, and a molecule interacting with the molecule to be analyzed is not immobilized to a part other than the metal film.
