摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate occurrence of a glaze release after second heating compression molding without collapse of a design at the time of first heating compression molding without yellowing a pattern sheet mounting sheet by heat treatment with satisfactory transferability and adhesive properties to the mounting sheet of the design by using a thermal transfer recording system. SOLUTION: This decorative plate is formed by forming a design A of ink on a resin impregnated sheet-like material 20 to be transferred by particularly two-stage transfer method by utilizing a thermal transfer method using a thermal transfer recording material having a thermal transfer ink layer made of coloring material and binder material on a base material, containing total 2 to 85wt.% of epoxy resin and phenol resin in the binder material so that ratios of them to the total amount of the epoxy resin and phenol resin are 25 to 85wt.% and 15 to 75wt.%, heat treating the material 20 formed with the design A at 120 deg.C or lower, curing the ink of the design, then impregnating the material 20 with thermosetting resin, then disposing it on a surface of the base 11, and heating compression molding it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer surely a vivid print-image on a tentatively transferred body onto a transferred body as it is by forming a vivid print-image on a smooth water soluble substance layer of a tentatively transferred body, after that, thermal bonding this onto the body to be transferred by means of a heat presser or the like, and thereafter dissolving the water soluble substance layer. SOLUTION: In forming a vivid print-image A on all kinds of transferred bodies 20 regardless of qualities, configurations, or the like of surface roughness, rigidity, or the like of a transferred body 20, the vivid print-image A is formed at first by means of a thermal printer on the surface of a water soluble substance layer 12 of a tentatively transferred body 10 with a smooth surface of the water soluble substance layer 12. In the next place, the tentatively transferred body 10 having the print-image A and the body 20 are superimposed each other in such a manner that the print-image A on the transferred body 10 is thermally bonded positively on the transferred body 20 through the agency of heat and pressure by means of a thermal press or the like. Subsequently, an integrated matter of the transferred body 10 and transferred body 20 are immersed in water in order that the water soluble substance layer 12 is dissolved or swelled, thereby positively transferring the vivid print-image A of the transferred body 10 on the transferred body 20.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a lowering in resistance or releasing of a resistor layer from occurring, by using a polyvinyl butyral resin as a binder for the resistor layer, and interposing an undercoat layer between the resistor layer and the base film so as to improve the adhesion between the resistor layer and the base film. CONSTITUTION:An electrothermal transfer recording medium comprises a resistor layer on one side of a base film, and a thermal transfer ink layer on the other side. In the recording medium, the resistor layer comprises a binder, comprising a polyvinyl butyral resin as a main constituent, and a conductive powder such as carbon black, and an undercoat layer having favorable adhesives is provided between the resistor layer and the base film. A polyester resin, a coupling agent (e.g., alkoxysilane) or the like is used as a main constituent of the undercoat layer. This ensures that the content of the conductive powder such as carbon black can be increased, and the powder can be dispersed favorably. Therefore, the resistance of the resistor layer can be set to a lower value of not more than 2kOMEGA/cm, and the problems such as releasing of the resistor layer at the time of recording will not occur.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve developability without needing release sheet by printing a print layer of a thermal transfer printing sticky tape by using a hot melt type ink ribbon obtained by providing a thermal transfer ink layer containing a polyethylene wax on one surface of a base material film. SOLUTION: A print layer of a winding type sticky tape is printed by using a hot melt type ink ribbon in a thermal transfer type. In the ribbon used in this case, a thermal transfer ink layer containing a polyethylene wax is provided on one surface of a base material film such as a polyester film or the like having a thickness of about 1 to 10 μm, a heat resistance lubricated as needed, and used. The ink layer is constituted of wax and the like, resin and the line, a coloring agent and the like. Thus, in the case of printing on the tape, transfer and adhesive properties to the print layer are improved. Good printing is performed. Developability can be improved without needing a release sheet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To impact flame resistance to the title medium without enhancing the electric resistance of a resistor layer, by using a polyvinyl butyral resin as a binder for the resistor layer, and using an inorganic metallic compound flame retarder. CONSTITUTION:A resistor layer is provided by using a polyvinyl butyral resin as a binder and mixing it with a conductive powder, e.g., carbon black, and an inorganic metallic compound used as a flame retarder. It is preferable that the polyvinyl butyral resin has a medium or high polymerization degree, from the viewpoint of film-forming ability, heat resistance or the like. The conductive powder is preferably a powder of the material generally called conductive carbon. The inorganic metallic oxide flame retarder may be, for example, antimony trioxide or magnesium hydroxide. By this, it is possible to obtain an electrothermal transfer recording medium to be fire retardant without enhancing the electric resistance of the resistor layer.
