SOLUTION: The recording medium is prepared by stacking a parting layer comprising a wax and polymer as a principal component and a colored ink layer successively on a support. In this case, the weight ratio between the wax and polymer in the parting layer is 80:20-50:507 and the polymer comprises a polystyrene thermoplastic elastomer and a thermoplastic resin which is compatible only with a rubber phase of the polystyrene thermoplastic elastomer, and the thermoplastic resin comprises at least one of a petroleum resin and terpene resin.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both functions such as antisecrecy leakage and gloss- prevention and improve the efficiency of transferring a heat melting ink by forming an anchor layer of a resin and a dye and hueing a dye and the resin with the same color as an ink layer. SOLUTION: The resin to be used is of a polyester a polyolefin, an acrylic or a phenol type or is a copolymer of these resins. For the dye, either of disperse dye, basic dye, direct dye or sulfide dye is used alone or a mixture of two or more different types of dye are used. Especially the combination of mainly polyester resin and disperse dye is preferable. Further, the content of the dye in the anchor layer is preferably equivalent to the coloring saturation level or higher of the dye. In this case, the disperse dye is normally within the range of 80-250 pts.wt. based on 1000 pts.wt. of the polyester resin. The anchor layer is formed by applying a coating liquid obtained by dissolving the resin and the dye in an appropriate solvent to the surface of a base film and drying the coat.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage from occurring to a thermal head by the discharge from a heat transfer recording medium by forming a porous film provided in the vicinity of the surface of an ink layer of ink fusion properties on a base by polypyrrole resin. SOLUTION: A bonding layer 2 and an ink layer of heat fusion properties 3 are formed successively on a base 1, and a porous film 4 is formed in the vicinity of the surface of the ink layer 3. Ink of the ink layer 3 is filled in holes 5 of the porous film 4. Also a heat-resistant protective layer 6 is formed on the rear face of the base 1. The porous film 4 is composed of polypyrrole resin as an organic conductive polymer compound. The conductivity of a heat transfer recording medium, therefore, is improved to prevent charging and also prevent the discharge to a thermal head. The damage to the thermal head can be prevented by the discharge from the heat transfer recording medium.

In the formulae, R represents H or CH3, R represents 1-4C alkylene group and hydroxy-substituted alkylene group, A represents O or NH, R represents H or CH3, R represents 1-22C alkyl group, cycloalkyl group or aralkyl group. Further, the emulsifier contained is set to be 2-30wt.% of the solids content in the emulsion.
