    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vitro testing method which enables the easy evaluation of the effects of substance to be tested to decalicification and recalcification since a Transversal Microradiography (TMR) method is generally used to evaluate a decalcification/recalcification test of initial delays, a technique of a destructive evaluation method requires the construction and the management of a highly accurate evaluation system, and a highly chalenging evaluation method and since human teeth and cattle teeth, experiment materials, have been difficult to acquire due to problems of research ethics and the problems of BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy). SOLUTION: By using electrodes to measure pH values and ion concentrations in a conventional simple recalcification evaluation method, it is possible to acquire a simplified testing system capable of easily evaluating the effects of analytes to recalcification in the same solution system with the passage of time in a short time.
