      SOLUTION: An injection hole 11 for injecting a carbon dioxide gas is drilled to the upper floor slab 10 of an underground structure K, and the carbon dioxide gas is injected to groundwater Wl from the injection hole 11 by using a carbon-dioxide gas injection device 30. Since the carbon dioxide gas is easy to dissolve in water, groundwater W1 is changed into carbonated water W1'. Since carbonated water W1' permeates to a crack 20 ( a water leaking section) in the upper floor slab 10 and calcium carbonate (a water insoluble substance) is precipitated on the internal side face of the crack 20, calcium ions do not reach to an opening section 20a on the surface side of the crack 20. The crack 20 is closed gradually by precipitated calcium carbonate. Accordingly, the precipitation of the efflorescence with the leakage of water can be inhibited.
